The kitchen had all the necessities. The home was clean and organized with nice linens and comfortable furniture. The furnishings and finishings in the house felt high-end and we thought it was so cute. Our family had a great stay.

The house was lovely. Quiet in the woods. Serene with nice appointments including fully stocked kitchen. Linens and towels were of high quality. We would definitely stay here again.Only minus was the check in email with instructions came in after check in time.

Grand Lake paradise!!

This was a perfect house for 2 families to share (14 people total). The close access to RMNP was ideal for our 2 days in the park. We all enjoyed the hot tub after long days of hiking. The mosquitoes were other-worldly so be prepared. We’ll be highly recommending this spot to friends and hope to be back ourselves one day.

Perfect in every way

Gorgeous, quiet location. We saw four moose walk right by our window! The cabin had everything we wanted and more: large bedrooms with very comfortable beds, awesome, roomy showers, a well equipped kitchen, a big hot tub and a lovely outdoor eating and relaxing spot.

Amazing stay here- we had everything we needed. The place easily fit our large group and was such a comfy home. The location was great and the amenities were even better. Great indoor space to hang out and play games as a large group. Outdoor space was very cozy by the firepit and the hot tub was lovely. Would definitely return here and recommend to friends!

We absolutely loved our stay here—one of the best vacation rentals we’ve ever stayed in! The layout and design was all so intuitive and cohesive. Very comfortable furniture, everything that we could possibly need for cooking and everything clearly labeled in the kitchen. We enjoyed the large hot tub and there were plenty of towels. The outdoor setting is beautiful with a fire pit and picnic table and deer walking right up to the house. The town of Grand Lake is beautiful and it was so nice to only be a 5 minute drive from Rocky Mountain National Park. The notebook with instructions, tips, and things to do in the area was really helpful. Oh, and we walked in and there was a huge vase with a beautiful rose bouquet on the table. Really set the stage for what this rental is like. All the details plus surprise and delight.

Big house, great location!

The actual house was wonderful and spacious for our stay! There were 3 families and the kids had plenty of room to play (in their bunk bed room or even on the living room couches). The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfy! I would recommend bringing black out curtains since there are big unshaded windows in two of the rooms and the sun came in at 5am - good morning to us! The house itself is so lovely though! The location is also great - 5 minute drive to the Main Street and just up the road from Columbine Lake which was beautiful to walk around in the mornings. Communication with the host was fine at the beginning but then I didn't get any responses (regarding early check in). Overall, we all loved it!
