Only 10 minutes’ drive to downtown, the airport, and Frankton shopping centre — and just 30 minutes to The Remarkables or Coronet Peak ski fields. Heading further afield? You’re just over an hour to Cardrona and Snow Farm, and within reach of Treble Cone and Aoraki/Mt. Cook for the truly intrepid.
Inside, you’ll find 3 comfy queen bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, off-street parking, and everything you need to unwind after a big day out.

I chose this spot for the unbeatable lake and mountain views — it still takes my breath away. It’s close to everything: town, the airport, ski fields, and Lake Wakatipu, but it’s also peaceful and feels like a retreat. I love how you can start the day with coffee on the balcony and end it with great food, live music or a walk by the lake. It’s the perfect mix of nature, convenience, and that unique Queenstown energy.
