2026 Calendar OPEN! Pool & Hot Tub Open May 01-Sep 30th!

Located just steps to a gorgeous Lake Michigan beach, we welcome you to Rocky Gap Overlook! This five bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom home is the perfect getaway for your family and friends! Soak up the sun while enjoying your private heated pool (open May 15th-October 1st). Watch the sunset and soak your worries away in the hot tub (open year round). Plenty of places to relax outside for all! Cook your next great meal on the outdoor gas grill or swap stories by the gas firepit. Large outdoor deck off second floor bedroom for additional lounging, perfect for your morning coffee. Lots of beach equipment available as well for use. Beach access is across the street from home!

Three levels of living with lots of room for everyone.
Main floor has spacious family room with big screen television. Fully stocked kitchen for the foodies in the group. Dining area for eight as well as island seating for two. Watch the waves and unwind from the gorgeous screened in porch. Exterior decking as well for lounging. Three bedrooms on this floor plus one and a half baths.

Walk out basement has seating for eight with large big screen television (not pictured). Easy access to beach from walk-out basement.

Third floor has amazing primary bedroom with king bed overlooking the majestic lake. En suite bathroom as well. Porch off bedroom to feel the breezes and watch the sunsets. Second bedroom with king bed and en suite full bathroom.

All the amenities you would expect in a quality rental including private heated pool, hot tub, steps to beach, washer/dryer, internet, gas grill, AC/heat, gas fireplace, lake views, and so much more! Brand new listing so don't miss out!

Enjoyed view of Lake Michigan and the three season porch. Also the quietness of the neighborhood and spacious bedrooms.Had an issue with a smoke detector and the thermostat upon arrival. Thanks to Nick who promptly came out and worked both issues in a professional manner.Note to host. Appreciate you getting Nick to the property. However your first email response about the above issues was that they were both working before our arrival and wondering what we may have done to cause the problems. Instead please just reassure your guests that you acknowledge the issues and are sending someone to resolve them.

Nice property! Weather dampened our use of the hot tub and pool, but would be great to use during peak months! Plenty of room to spread out. Really enjoyed the sun room and large dining table, as those were our go-to places to hang out as a family and take in the views or play cards.

Overall, really great place and location. The master bedroom was one of the nicest rooms that ive ever been in. All the bedrooms were really great, but the master is beautful. Only suggestion would be to get steps into the hot tub that have a railing of some kind. Older people have hard time getting in and out. Would love to stay here again.

Great time at the lake

3 generations, 7 people stayed for 8 days. It was a good time. The swimming pool was the hit of the vacation although the beach was a close second. The house was spacious and well-appointed. All in all, a good time. 2 small niggles: parking was difficult even with only 2 cars because of boat or jetski parked in front of garage and not sure the pool filtration kept up because late in week got sort of dirty. But, would stay again.

top notch rental home

The rental was A1 ! Plenty of room for the entire family. Very spacious. Everything in this rental was like moving into a new home. The pool and hot tube were the best ! Easy access to beach. Quiet outdoor environment. Overall, it would be hard to top this rental !

Great Views

The house was overall impressive. Amazing views and close to everything that we hoped. The only complaint we had was the instructions in the welcome email did not match the binder. A storm knocked out internet during our stay we were going to attempt to reset the router as asked before contacting anyone. The location was not listed like the email said it would be. The internets given were also different in the email vs. binder. Overall wouldn’t have been an issue if there wasn’t a storm since we probably wouldn’t have to reset anything. I would stay again

Great place and incredible management!

The Rocky Gap Overlook was a wonderful place to stay. We had friends meet us from out of town and there was more than enough space for all of us! Any occasional issue we had (which were very few) was quickly taken care of by management within the hour. They responded to our messages within minutes! We loved this place so much and we would definitely stay here again!
