Escape to Seascape: Beach Resort 2 bed 2 bath CONDO

Your Escape to Seascape is effortless. This privately owned condominium is located inside the Four Diamond rated Seascape Resort; one of Monterey Bays most luxurious resort destinations. The spacious floor plan includes 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 baths. This unit is unique because it has a large separate dining room and 3 separate balconies making it one of the largest units in the development.

From the balconies there are canyon views that provide a “pizza" slice white water and Sand view of the ocean and nostalgic views of the historic railroad trestle.

Just outside the front door is a path to the staircase leading to the beach. Enjoy our designated pool on the north bluff. Across the street is the Seascape Village with boutique shops, restaurants, and the Seascape Fitness, Swim, and Tennis Club available for your use for a small service fee. Within walking distance is the Seascape Golf Course. Whether you are looking for a weekend getaway or a week long retreat, the Seascape Resort is your key to tranquility.

PLEASE NOTE: Prior to arrival, picture ID's are required for all guests over 18. This is a privately owned unit. Golf cart rides, in room dining, bonfire set up and spa/fitness services are not available. We do NOT charge resort fees. Beach towels are provided for an additional fee.

Seascape is a favorite destination! We were in the area for a special family event and had a wonderful weekend staying in this lovely condo. It was the first time for my son and daughter in law and they can't wait to come back. Vicky Portera, our contact, was attentive, a good communicator and provided all necessary information ahead of time. We look forward to hopefully staying again in this unit the next time our family is gathering on the coast!

Very Comfortable

The room was very clean. It was comfortable. We had some issues receiving some emails from the owner but she text me and we got it worked out. Have the beach so close was nice. There was a red tide while we were there so the water was brown but the kids still had a great time. I highly recommend.

Great place

Great place for us to stay. We had a family of 4 adults and one teenager. We found it comfortable. It had amenities and all you could need for a beach day, day at the pool, or just a great little hike. Pretty views from the numerous balconies. Beautifully decorated and very clean. Homeowner was helpful and very communicative. A couple of concerns we had: Hall bathroom upstairs is on an auto timer light, which turned off in the middle of a shower leaving me to shave in the dark the first night. Not ideal. Our only other issue was a strong smell that had us wondering if there were pets before, likely cats. Unfortunately two of us have sensitive noses and it left us airing out the house the first couple of days. All in all, house and location were nice, and host was super kind.

Nice Unit but Poorly Maintained

This is a great condo with a dining room area that the other units in the complex do not offer, so great for entertaining. Sadly the unit was not very clean, which was disappointing. The shades, especially in the downstairs guest bathroom, were really dirty as were the bathroom floors upstairs. The stainless dishwasher, fridge, and toaster were a smeared mess.There was no broom or vacume to use during our week stay, we finally went out and bought a broom. Worse of all, there is a timer on the bathroom lights that turns the light off right in the middle of your shower. I had soap all over me in the tub/shower and had to crawl out of the tub and feel my way to the light switch in the dark. This is an EXTREME hazard and needs to be corrected immediately. The fireplace would be lovely if it wasn't adjusted down to an almost none existent flame. This is a great unit but being charged a cleaning fee is a joke under the circumstances...

Quiet End Unit

The property was very clean and very quiet. Views of the ocean and watching wildlife from the balconies were an added bonus. Property owner was prompt with communication.

Nice unit.

Nice unit, very clean, pretty far from ocean but the walk to the lookout was great. We took the walk to the beach, but we are too old to do that every day. The light for the dining room did not work, but the natural light was fine. It would have been better if there were ceiling fans, as it was warmer than normal during our stay. All in all, we were very satisfied with the accommodations, but highway 1 is awful. We went to San Jose to visit our family four out of six days. The toaster was a little hard to find, but we found it. Cooked all but one meal at the villa.

Hard to Beat

This review will sound to good to be true but it’s not. View of the ocean from the decks. Pool and hot tub. End unit condo. Everything you need is at the condo. Uncrowded beach. Yes, it’s a hike down to the beach via a trail and stairs or a paved trail just past the main building, but the beach is so worth it. 5+ stars for this property!

Wonderful Home at Seascape

The home was beautiful with stunning views of the Pacific Ocean! The sunsets were amazing! We had everything we needed for our stay. Communication with Vicky was great! We would happily stay here again!

Beautiful spot by the beach

This location was perfect and the space was beautiful. Very clean and comfortable. Nice views and quiet corner unit. Close to pool, hot tub and beach. We would stay again and recommend it 100%.
