Ideal for a family with 3 children.
Entrance hall leading to:
L-shaped living room with sofa bed for one person, TV, and dining area with table and chairs. North-facing balcony with a small sea view, overlooking the charming square, is a real oasis of coolness during the summer months.
Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, stove with oven and ceramic hob, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, cupboards, high window. Lockable pantry reserved for the owner.
Bathroom with sink and washing machine. Separate toilet.
Bedroom 1 with 1 double bed, storage closet, south-east facing French window.
Bedroom 2 with 1 double bed, storage closet, south-east facing French window, one door will be closed and reserved for the owner.
Pets not allowed. Linens not provided.
Shared bike storage. Not accessible for people with reduced mobility.

Séjour très agréable !

L'appartement est plutôt spacieux, lumineux, propre et très bien équipé. Les lits sont confortables. En termes de situation, c'est parfait pour rejoindre facilement à pied la plage, les commerces et restaurants, le marché, ect. Merci pour le séjour, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Laure

Très bon séjour à 2 pas de la plage

Très bon emplacement proche de la plage, appartement bien équipé. Quelques difficultés avec l’évacuation de la douche et le volet roulant de la pièce principale. Nous avons toutefois passé un très bon séjour.

Super emplacement !

Appartement bien équipé et très bien situé à 5 minutes de la plage. Tous commerces et pistes cyclables à proximité. Nous avons séjourné a 5 (2 adultes et trois enfants).

Bonne situation

Petit appartement T3 bien situé au milieu de tout et à moins de 5 minutes à pieds de la plage. Tout équipé, pratique et propre.
