Views were amazing from the minute you walked in to when you went to bed! Breath taking! Peaceful surroundings, spacious, clean, great location for local dining! Awesome communication with host who was also very accommodating! You won't be sorry - beautiful home!

The home was extremely comfortable. Well stocked kitchen with everything we needed to prepare our meals. The view of the bay from all rooms was wonderful. The host was outstanding with communication. Would highly recommend and will certainly be rebooking in the future.

The host was wonderful! Very communicative and easy to reach with any questions I may have had. The house is in a perfect location and is as clean as can be. The beds were super comfortable, the kitchen had superior appliances. I had relatives from out of state stay at the house and they thought they were in heaven with a superior water view!

Convenient with nice views of the bay

We had a nice stay in Patchogue while visiting friends and family during spring break. The house has all that you would expect - toiletries, kitchen tools and supplies. Very close to Main Street Patchogue and a variety of delicious restaurants.

This beautiful home was clean and comfortable. It appeared to be in a very safe neighborhood and right on the ocean. Waking up to that view was definitely a highlight of our stay! We also saw a gorgeous sunset and a lightning storm over Fire Island!!! The back of the house has walls of windows!I loved the kitchen and all the really nice glasses and dinnerware available for us to use. I also appreciated the Keurig coffee maker! We would have liked to have a few games, puzzles and books available. We took a ride to Target to purchase a few games, but we could have brought them, had we known. The yard is nice, with the boardwalk along the waters' edge, but would be nice to have a fire pit available.The deck was huge, but very rotted and wobbly. We didn't use it much for fear of falling through on a soft spot. This definitely needs to be remedied. That is the only reason for the 4-star vs. 5-star review. It would have been nice to have a few more seating options outside and a table with umbrella for eating outside on the deck.The host was very kind and responsive. She gave us lots of tips on things to do in the area. Would consider staying here again in the future, if the deck was replaced.

The house was very clean and in an incredibly convenient location. The kids had fun fishing from the yard. We enjoyed nearby restaurants and things to do in the area on rainy days. It was unfortunate that the listed outdoor shower is not functioning, nor was there a fire pit as the listing advertised. While we had been looking forward to these amenities, the house itself did not disappoint.
