Central Location

This home is self guest check-in and check-out with the smart keypad code given for the front door for your convenience to check-in whenever for those coming into town super late. We are always quick to respond and are nearby if needed!

Located downtown & shares a wall with home next door for possible city/neighbor noise. We provide white noise machines & fans to help light sleepers!. Conveniently located near the highway, so occasional noise may be expected.

We also have a total of two exterior security cameras located on the exterior of the entire home, one on the front facing the street and one in the rear steps of the home and will be on 24/7 during your stay for your safety! We also have two noise monitors that will be on 24/7 (one in the living room and one in the kitchen) that will measure noise levels only, thank you!

Location could honestly not be more perfect!! There are so many great restaurants and bars right on North High Street to check out with their own unique character & AMAZING food! Bakersfield is a personal favorite of ours for their delicious margaritas and the tacos are to die for.. and right down the block! Also must try Jeni's Ice Cream down the block as well, you will not be disappointed!!

This listing includes two private upper-floor units in our charming quadplex home—ideal for large families or groups seeking extra space and privacy! Access to both homes is via a back outdoor staircase that leads to your own private second-floor entrance. A little staircase moment before the cozy vibes begin upstairs 😎 While the units are separate inside, they share a common wall with the downstairs neighbors—it’s a "one-up, one-down" duplex design.

For light sleepers, we’ve included white noise machines and fans to create a restful and peaceful stay

Please take note that the original hardwood floors and staircases may not be suitable for children as it is not child-friendly!

Clawfoot bathtub in the bathroom may not be suitable for elderly
