Feel the Serenity

This property is beautiful. We so enjoyed the big deck with the view of the lake. And the a/c inside was essential owing to a very hot weekend. Everything you could possibly need has been thought of except for a reading lamp in the downstairs double bedroom

* Kitchen & Safety: The kitchen sink mixer is loose and splashes water everywhere. More concerningly, floor tiles leading up to the staircase are missing and loose, creating a sharp hazard and a serious trip risk. * Bathrooms: Door handles in both bathrooms are broken, making them very difficult to operate. * Cleanliness & Outdoor Area: The outdoor area and BBQ were in an unacceptable, unsanitary condition. The BBQ fat collector was full of old fat with maggots/worms, emitting a foul odor. The outdoor furniture was covered in heavy dirt and cobwebs, full ashtrays were left behind, and we had to clean the seating ourselves before we could use it. * Indoor Cleanliness: The bedroom carpets are quite dirty, and all dishes had to be washed before we could use them.These issues have significantly impacted our stay.

We have noted the issues with the kitchen tap, bathroom door handles, and flooring, and will ensure these are inspected and addressed as a priority. We are also disappointed to hear about the condition of the BBQ and outdoor area on your arrival. This is not the standard we aim to provide, and we are reviewing our cleaning and property-check procedures to help prevent this from happening again.
