Loved our stay

We loved the place, well equipped, it felt like home , the only down side about it, is that the patio area where tv is located is very slippery especially when you’re wet. Very dangerous otherwise we were happy with our stay.

Hi Celeste, thank you for sharing your feedback and for letting us know you loved the home and felt so comfortable during your stay. We’re glad to hear it felt like home and that you enjoyed how well equipped everything was. We appreciate you mentioning the slippery patio area by the TV—your safety is very important to us, and we’ll be sure to look into options to improve traction and reduce the risk of slipping in that space. Thank you again for choosing to stay with us. We’d love to welcome you back in the future! Best regards, Roelens Vacations

We stayed with extended family over Christmas for 7 nights. Pros: great space for large groups. Plenty of bathrooms and tvs in every room. Short walk to FMB. Cons: poolheater was broken our entire stay making it unusable. It also needed to be cleaned. The mgmt company said they were working on it but never resolved it. We had planned to use the backyard space for family gatherings and ended up not being able to use it at all. We paid holiday rates and didn’t get what we paid for.
