Il Polpo Nero is the first home in Maison Estran’s private collection. It is also our family villa, with 5 bedrooms / 10 guests across three levels, a 5-minute walk from Perd’e Sali beach.

A large white, flat-roofed house, Il Polpo Nero is nestled in the heart of a Mediterranean garden with a pool, from which the sea can be admired. Holidays for ten in a calm, preserved corner of Pula, with a warm, thoughtful welcome.

Just a 5-minute walk from the beach, set over three levels including a stunning sea-view rooftop, the villa is the ideal setting to recharge and (re)discover the wild beauty of Southern Sardinia, far from the crowds.

Overlooking the sea and surrounded by maquis, Il Polpo Nero blends Mediterranean influences, eclectic décor and pop-culture nods in a deeply Mediterranean palette: green olive trees and maquis, a white villa, fuchsia laurels, turquoise sea and pool… A living postcard for ten lucky guests as a tribe (friends or family), far from the crowds.

• Private pool with sun deck, loungers and an outdoor shower among century-old olive trees. A restful spot surrounded by fruit trees and Mediterranean plants, with sea views.

• Semi-open pergola off the living room and kitchen: lounge area, large wooden table, library.
• Patio next to the living room: designer table, aromatic herbs, access to the maquis-side garden and a large coconut-canvas parasol with poufs.
