Located in a calm seaside village close to Pula, "Il Polpo Nero" combines eclectic interior details and contemporary tributes to pop culture. The house is spread over three floors and features an impressive rooftop, offering the most magical sea-view.

Set at the very top of the hill of Perd'e Sali, surrounded by the maquis and overlooking the Mediterranean sea, our house offers the perfect base for those wishing to discover the unspoilt beauty of Southern Sardinia.

Il Polpo Nero combines modern style with raw elements. Each space is designed to evoke its proximity to the sea, evoking local or imaginary foreshore, without ever falling into the cliché of the seaside house.

- Personal history: we use objects that we have collected, created or made ourselves to decorate our homes.
- Local history: we include decorative elements that tell the story of the place, its past and its culture, creating an authentic connection with the region.
- Creative re-use: we are always looking for innovative ways to re-use or transform the existing. We like to give new life to objects and in doing so seek to respect an ecological approach.

The exteriors of the villa offer plenty of places to relax and socialise. To maximise outdoor relaxation, the house has comfortable poufs, sun loungers and hammocks scattered around the garden.

Each double room has its own en-suite shower room and queen-size beds (160x200).
The dormitory has a private shower room and six single beds (90x200).

These vehicles can be hired on a one-off basis or for the duration of your stay, for a personalized, stress-free experience.

The house is located at the end of a dead-end street, at the top of the hill in the seaside village of Perd'e Sali, 5 minutes‘ walk from the beach, 5 minutes’ drive from the charming village of Pula, and 35 minutes' drive from Cagliari airport.
There is a maximum occupancy of 10 people (adults and children).

The house is surrounded by a private garden with swimming pool, and is spread over three levels:
