Park under the carport and stroll up the inviting front patio, adorned with lush vines that create a serene atmosphere. Upon entering through the front door, you’re greeted by a warm living area to your left and a dining space ahead, perfect for family meals and gatherings. The Main Living Room features a cozy L-shaped couch, a TV, an air conditioner and a gas fireplace nestled within a charming sandstone mantle, making it an ideal spot for cozy movie nights or leisurely afternoons.



As you proceed into the dining area, you'll find a six-seater dining table, and two stylish modern couches, creating a comfortable setting for intimate dinners or game nights with friends. The delightful kitchen, full of character, showcases beautiful wooden accents throughout its ceiling, cabinets, and countertops. Equipped with all the essential amenities—including an oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, and stovetop, it offers both functionality and style, perfect for whipping up culinary delights.



The laundry room, conveniently located adjacent to the kitchen, features a washing machine, trough, clothes horse, and a sunlit clothesline in the backyard, making chores feel less burdensome. Transitioning to the semi-enclosed patio, you’ll discover an inviting sun-drenched space with an eight-seater dining table and a built-in gas BBQ, ideal for summer cookouts, al fresco dining, and enjoying sunny afternoons.



The expansive backyard is a lush oasis brimming with vibrant plants, including a magnificent palm tree that stands proudly at its centre. An outside shower is provided for rinsing off sand after beach excursions, allowing you to feel refreshed before re-entering your retreat.



Heading back to the entry, we venture into the restful sleeping quarters. To the right lies bedroom two, with lovely wooden floorboards and walls, featuring a single bunk bed, a single bed, and a single trundle for an extra guest; just notify us in advance if you require setup.

Bedroom three boasts a charming retro single bunk bed, perfect for children, while bedroom four offers a serene retreat with a queen bed, bedside tables with lamps, and a spacious walk-in robe. This room is fitted with air conditioning and a ceiling fan for those warm summer nights. The main bathroom adjacent to bedroom four includes a shower, generous corner bath, vanity, and separate toilet, accommodating all guests’ needs comfortably.



As you climb the stairs, passing the decorative diamond window, you enter the Master Bedroom/Retreat—a harmonious blend of lounging and sleeping quarters. This spacious haven features a queen bed, bedside lamps, a built-in robe, a TV, and a four-seater couch, making it the perfect place to unwind. The ensuite and separate toilet, complete with a shower and vanity, offer added convenience and privacy.



Upstairs, a charming little deck with various seating options allows you to bask in the sun, savour your morning coffee, or simply gaze out over the expansive garden, past the palm tree, and towards ‘The Bluff’. This retro family home is the ultimate coastal retreat, offering endless opportunities for playful days in the garden, barbecues on the patio, and relaxing evenings on the upper deck while enjoying the refreshing sea breeze. This beautiful home is situated along Dare Street in Ocean Grove, making it within walking distance of all the essentials and lots of sun-soaked fun! It’s just a 5-minute walk to the main shopping strip of Ocean Grove, The Terrace, which features delicious restaurants, local boutiques, and all the essentials. A 5-minute stroll to Ocean Grove Bowling Club, where you can play Lawn Bowls, watch Fox Sports and enjoy a comforting family meal. A 10-minute stroll will take you to Ocean Grove Beach, Barwon Heads River, ‘The Dunes’ and Ocean Grove’s Main Surf Beach, perfect for surfing, sunbathing, and family fun. You’ll have endless opportunities for adventure and relaxation.

Getting Around



We recommend bringing a vehicle to get around the Bellarine Peninsula and its surrounding areas.

There is a bus stop an 8-minute walk from the property on The Terrace, where you can catch Route 55 Geelong Station - Ocean Grove via Barwon Heads.

You can also call a Taxi and order Ubers, but they may not be nearby.

Guests will have full access to the home, the double carport, and the backyard.

It is self-check-in with details & codes sent the morning of check-in so you can head straight to the property from check-in time, 3:00 pm.
