Nestled on 3.2 acres just outside of Marysville City Limits, this home offers a close but far getaway of 4 bedrooms (plus den w/ queen air mattress), 2.5 bathrooms & shy 2300 sqft of open living. Our family invites you to share our love of this incredible home with yours, as a place to relax & get away.

<15 min from the Tulalip Casino, shopping, restaurants, bars, golf courses, watersports, fishing, etc. Close to I-5 and central to Seattle/Bellingham.

Inside, you'll be greeted by 12' vaulted ceilings and an inviting kitchen island with seating for 8. You'll also find a beautiful dining room table with room for another 3, or take your cocktail to the back porch with room for 4+ more. With A/C for the summer, and a huge covered back porch, we’ve got you covered for all seasons.

Outside, you have 3+ acres to explore close by or simply sit out and enjoy the scenes of nature. Cook on the grill, or cuddle up on the couch and watch your favorite streaming service.

We truly want you to enjoy every aspect and experience of this beautiful home, nature, rest and convenience. As hosts, we will do everything in our power to serve you to the best of our ability. We are always available for questions or concerns. We welcome you with open arms and pray for much love, peace and enjoyment.

LIVING AREA -
A large comfy sectional with recliners welcomes you to the Great Room. A wall of windows introduces you to the private wooded backyard. Enjoy YoutubeTV, Netflix, Amazon Video or HBO Max with the 55” smart TV.

KITCHEN & DINING -
Tap into your culinary side in an open kitchen appointed with modern appliances and plenty of helpful gadgets. Ample counter space makes it easy to prep ingredients for home-cooked meals.

Three can share coffee at the kitchen table, while 8 can gather around the island to share delicious meals and laughs.


BED & BATH -
This rambler home sleeps up to 11 guests in the four bedrooms (plus a den) — and a few more on the couch or a additional air mattress.

Make yourself at home in the private master suite, featuring a comfy memory foam king bed and a (kind of) smart TV. The en-suite 5 piece bathroom features a tub, shower, his and hers sinks, a bright vanity and a toilet room.

Guest Bedroom 1 has an oversized guest room has a queen sized memory foam platform bed.

Guest Bed 2 has a plush queen size bed, while Guest Bed 3 has a comfy sofa with a full size pull out bed and a crib for the little ones.

Don't miss the Den, which has an easy Queen-sized blow up mattress!

You'll find a second full bathroom with a tub/shower combo and oversized linen closet with a step, infant bath and baby shower supplies.

An additional powder room provides added convenience off the kitchen.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES -
Plush green grass greets you in the backyard. Enjoy the 2-4 person inflatable hot tub, take a seat at the patio table, or play a game of ladders or bocce ball in the summer.

A gas calls for evening BBQs meals. Pull up a camping chair around the fire under the twinkle lighting in the backyard.


EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS -
Complimentary Wi-Fi, games, firewood and washer/dryer, are provided in the rental.

Parking is available for three cars on the slab in front of the garage, plus more grassy area parking in front of the circle drive.

This rental has central heat pump air-conditioning for hot summer days and nights.

Stress-free stay

Our two-night stay were stress-free, and we really enjoyed the covered porch. The beds were really comfortable and the house was very clean. Everything was to our liking.

The perfect place family gathering place.

Everything about this house and all it had to offer was the perfect place to stay for our family and wedding guests. The location, accommodations and pleasant setting was perfect! Lovely home in the PNW

Lexi and Riley are amazing hosts and went above and beyond for providing every detail to make us feel comfortable and lacking nothing! We needed a place to today for the week of our sons wedding in Washington and their home did not disappoint! We will definitely be referring friends!

Great time by all

Our family (my wife and I, older son and his family of five) stayed to attend my younger son's wedding. It was a great time. Plenty for the kids to do. Relaxing location and atmosphere. Very clean and spacious. Loved how this is such a modern clean house in a country location. Highly recommended.

Great time

We loved the house. Lexie and Riley, their kids and their dog made our stay so much fun. They are very accommodating hosts in that everything we requested, they provided. We had plenty of room and just loved hanging around. My grandkids came over and enjoyed themselves, too. The hot tub was an added bonus that we also thoroughly enjoyed. Would definitely stay there again.

Family friendly

This modern clean house was the perfect size for our family visiting the area for a wedding and was located conveniently off the Highway. Owners were friendly and helpful. We loved the large open concept kitchen and living room and spent most of our evenings at the gas firepit under a beautiful covered back patio. The kids had plenty of room to play in the large back yard.

Wedding weekend

My family and I enjoyed the yard very much. The check in process east. Enough room for 8 adults and 7 kids. House layout nice, great kitchen. I would suggest they get more silverware to accommodate large groups like ours. Also, towels and bedding need to be replaced with newer. The grill outside is nice but needed to be cleaned. We enjoyed ourselves very much.

My stay was not so good

It was a nice house very beautiful but the bed sheets wasn’t clean, we couldn’t get hot water to take a shower, I got charge extra $150 for having extra guests. Then I found out the owner lives in a RV next on the property.

Spacious and Welcoming

This lovely gem is tucked back into a quiet section of Marysville/Tulalip. Our family gathers each year to celebrate July/August birthdays and my in-laws live in Marysville. With my nephew and his beautiful bride returning to Seattle for the first time in years, it made sense to rent a property that could accommodate the nephews and nieces. The kitchen has a fantastic wraparound counter with bar stools so people could chat while we cooked. I usually hate sitting at the bar because I'm under 5' tall and always struggle to climb into the chair but I fell in LOVE with these adjustable height seats. Not only could I drop them to a height I could just slide onto, but they were cushy and comfortable. There is also a nice side table by the kitchen window where we could sit and keep an eye on the outdoor activities while still participating in the kitchen chat. Outside there is an amazing round firepit table where most of the adults sat for dinner. The kids set up at the picnic table nearby. After dinner the kids made s'mores at the traditional fire pit and played yard games until it was too dark to see. After which they got in the hot tub to relax after a long day. The beds are comfortable, and we all enjoyed the sprigs of eucalyptus in the shower. I was pleasantly surprised by how much it enhanced the shower experience. The entire bathroom smelled amazing. Communication with Alexi was fantastic! She was always quick to respond and great to work with. We will definitely be back!

Family reunion

The house is huge and beautiful. We enjoyed our time inside and outside. Our gps had trouble getting us there. A bit difficult to find in the dark. It was partly my fault for not copying the directions provided by the owner.

great yard and house

The house was plenty big for the 6 of us...4 adults and 2 little boys. The back yard was wonderful. The pictures don't show it but there was a nice swing set and hammock in the back of the property and many toys for the 4 & 6 year olds. There also was a set of bunk beds not shown in pictures that worked out great. The house is at the end of a gravel road, so the floors seemed dusty but not an issue for shoes and socks. Overall, we had no issues, great hosts, easy to connect with. They live on the property but we very seldom saw them.

My take

The property and the hosts are top notch. The only negative is Marysville. Far from Seattle and limited entertainment, recreation and restaurants to choose from other than Tulalip Casino.

Magical Christmas in Marysville

This property was PERFECT for our holiday family gathering. We have been scattered from Salt Lake to Boston to Berlin to Michigan over the past 5 years. We finally got all of us in one place for Christmas. This property, and it's owners were so welcoming. The secluded location covered in deep powder snow provided such a fun get away. A beautiful and spacious new home!

The home was beautifully decorated and very nicely furnished with everything that we needed including a lighted makeup mirror! It has a huge beautiful backyard and outdoor seating and lighting it’s a wonderful home to stay in and very private.

Family funeral

We could not have picked a better place to stay! We were in town for my mom’s funeral which was hard but Riley & Lexi made a tough visit so much easier. The house was spotless, the yard was perfect for the kids and grandkids. Riley and Lexi were pleasant and easy to communicate with. They provided everything we needed and more. Breathtakingly Beautiful

Photos don’t do justice, seeing this home in person was stunningly beautiful! Lexi & Riley we’re great hosts, made us feel like family!! The house was big, comfortable and roomy to accommodate our large group of 14 adults and 3 children. Special added touches such as a gift basket for our recent college graduate made our stay even more welcoming. Being out in the huge yard was fun, we played a “friendly” game of kickball which was a hit!! We took family pictures too, that came out beautiful. Secluded and great place

Nice place to stay and enjoy with your friends. Very private and secluded, so you won’t be troubling your neighbors. They had lovely pets. Damn cute. Overall enjoyed the stay. Definitely will visit this place again.

Lovely & Quiet

We had a fantastic stay. Lexi & Riley we’re very kind. Let us check in a bit early, the house was beautiful. We had a great time with Addi (the dog) she’s a sweetheart. Thank you for letting us invade your house at the last minute. I would totally stay again.

Better than expected

By far one of the best and most pleasant home away from home experience. Lexie and Riley were amazing. Answered all of our questions immediately. We needed extra linens and pillows and within minutes they were at the door with brand new items. We had no issues with the home at all. This home had everything you can think of. The owners left full fridge with food and pantry full of everything for us to use. We were visiting the area for a wedding and they were kind enough to bring champagne for the bride and groom. They offered to get us groceries or whatever we needed. The home was perfect size for a family of 8. The baby room was a great bonus for our toddler. The house was sparkling clean. This is a brand new property. The back yard was amazing and huge nothing like we have ever seen in Los Angeles. There is a blueberry farm just few minutes down the road that is great for kids to go and pick fresh fruit. We got to meet the owners on several occasions and they were a pure joy to be around. The visited the property daily to maintain the grass and the surrounding landscaping but they were always respectful and notified us of their arrival. This was truly one of our best experience and we look forward visiting again. PS. Lexie and Riley if you’re road takes you to Southern Cali please call us we would love to have you as our guests.

We are so excited to host you! We truly hope it feels like your 'home away from home'. We love that our property is just far out enough so you get privacy, but close enough to where you can access all the PNW has to offer. We truly love living here and are excited to make your stay comfortable while you explore.

While we do stay on the property (in an RV spot to the left of the garage), My husband Riley and I will be available via VRBO messaging, text or via phone call and would be happy to help with area recommendations based on your interests (hiking, restaurants, bar, nightlife, coffee shops, etc). We may check in to make sure you're comfortable, but for the most part will be hands off giving you space and privacy.

This new home was built in mid-2019 with all modern amenities. The property is close to the city, but with a woodsy feel. We like to keep the space stocked and make it feel like home. Cook a meal in the kitchen finding your way through the spice cabinet or with select pantry items, relax on the couch with your choice of streaming service, roam across the 3+ acres or head into town - it's up to you. But there's one things for sure... You’ll never want to leave.
