Our brand new house is on the Waikato River, with a winter garden to views of the Waikato, There is 220 square

9 mins drive to the biggest shopping centre ( The base ). 7-8 mins drive to Chartwell shopping mall
The space
This is a 4 bedroom Villa with two super king-size beds, one queen-size, one king single-size and a single bed. We have one bedroom with a bathroom and also have a public toilet in the downstairs. Upstairs there are three rooms and two bathrooms. We have used high-quality bedding.
Guest access
The door is an electronic door, the code will send to you after confirming the reservation. You can also access it from the garage after you get the key on the front cabinet.

This place has a great location, nice and quiet with views of the Waikato. Super clean, easy to check in, and the home itself was spacious and new. The hosts were responsive and friendly as well.

Everything was great. However, there were minor issues not worth mentioning at the time of check in. There were broken fans, which was unfortunate since it was hot. With that said, the property was very clean and modern.

House was clean and neat. Toilets were brown on the inside which means it wasn't washed properly and not cleaned 100%. We found cockroaches in the rooms. Pictures on book a bach showed coffee and sugar. There was no sugar provided. If we had known earlier we would have brought our own. Difficult to communicate with owner due to English. Requested a cot and this was confirmed. Nothing was left in the house and we had to call again. Cot arrived but there was no mattress which made no sense at all. Poor responses /no responses received. Beautiful views. Great location. Will definitely not book again.

Awesome place in Hamilton

House is very clean and has a new house feel. Plentiful of space to hang out, both inside and outside (beautiful view as well). Beds were comfortable to sleep in. Highly recommend this place if you’re staying in Hamilton.

The house has a terrific layout, has a great view, the bedrooms, bathrooms and parking were great. However there were things that would have improved our experience. The coffee and tea is not as pictured, no coffee machine - the coffee pod were very limited. A small amount of fresh milk in the fridge is often usally supplied in holiday homes.It would be helpful to have an egg beater or whisk and a can opener.The bathrooms were lovely but face cloths and hair conditioner are also needed. If it to be called luxury- then also supply luxury 3 ply toilet paper. Both the vacuum cleaner and pot plant in the lounge smelt foul- not sure the reason why.Some toys and books for children would be good to have as well as games for adults. The house had spider webs and a resident swallow family in a nest above the front door. Strangely, we also had a masked man who called himself a cleaner come running in not long after we arrived to look for 'ice cream left in the freezer'. He checked, found none and walked out without a comment. We wondered if he'd come to check us out.
