Good Location, but description not correct

The property is described as a 2 bedroom. It is a one bedroom. The living room is counted as the second bedroom. The pullout sofa's mattress was so thin that it kept falling through the frame - so it was only usable as a sofa to sleep on. Bathroom is outdated - I am not a big person - but still the toilet was way too small for me. Upon arrival - the balcony door was stuck. I called in and the office they said they would look at it - no call back from the office. I called back the next day - they said the owner said the door was working and that they would not pay for someone to come out and fix. The place is okay at best - and would be good for 2 people at max.

When we arrived, unit was 78 degrees and very humid. Main water , fridge/freezer and AC completely turned off. Food that needed to be in the fridge had to wait until fridge was cool. Ice that we had picked up did not have a place to go. Freezer was disgusting, with rust and very old and gross ice trays. Toilet had a lot of flies sitting in it. Turned down the bed to find a disgusting (and likely 20 yr old) mattress cover. We also made the mistake of looking under the mattress cover. Comforter was probably about the same age and gross. Sheets that were delivered had black hairs in them and felt like hospital sheets. Two of 4 chairs on the balcony were broken and unusable. One chair very wobbly. Overall, this unit is very outdated and old ( furniture, comforter, couch… pretty much everything). We’ve stayed in a LOT of VRBOs and this is the first negative review we have ever left after a stay. Highly do NOT recommend this unit.
