The space

The upstairs master bedroom features a sliding door that opens up to sweeping coastal views and allows for a refreshing sea breeze as well as air conditioning. The cozy minor bedroom, with air conditioning and a wardrobe, is perfect for older children or additional guests.

The beautiful character kitchen offers a stunning ocean view from the kitchen island, ideal for preparing meals while soaking in the scenery. Appliances include a dishwasher, microwave, coffee pod machine, washing machine, and clothes airer (please note: no dryer). The open-plan living area features a dining table for four, a cozy lounge area, and a SMART TV with your own Netflix login for entertainment.

Step outside to the ground-floor outdoor area, where you'll find a rustic table and chairs and direct access to the beach path with a stunning view of the ocean. Enjoy a peaceful moment in this inviting space, perfect for sipping your morning coffee or enjoying a sunset drink.

The complex also offers a communal swimming pool and outdoor shower for your enjoyment.

There's one garage parking spot available for a small to medium-sized car, with additional visitor parking on a first-come, first-served basis.

Please note, this property is not suited for young children as we do not provide a porta cot or highchair. Ideal for those seeking a relaxed, beachside retreat with plenty of character and charm.

Due to stairs and the master bedroom's sliding doors that open, this property is not suitable for young children. Children aged 8 and older must be supervised by an adult or guardian at all times to ensure their safety.

All guests are required to read and adhere to the house rules. All guests will find a house Guest Book at the property that contains all relevant information you may need for your stay.
