We love creating a warm and peaceful space where guests can feel truly at home. Your private room is cozy and located on the second floor. While you’ll have your own comfortable bedroom, the bathroom is shared with other guests — a true homestay experience where comfort and connection meet. 🌿

🛍 4-minute drive to T&T Supermarket and 12-minute walk to Zehrs Supermarket & Dollarama.
🚘 5- mins drive to Waterloo Park and Uptown

*** 🚗 PARKING INFO – FREE street parking right in front of our house anytime during the day. If you need to park overnight (2 AM – 6 AM), you’ll just need to register your car with the City of Waterloo —it only takes about 3 minutes! We’ll send you all the guidelines after check-in so you can avoid any unexpected tickets. Please note that NO STREET PARKING during heavy snow event. Please consider if you come with a car in winter.

Good property for single women in their 20s.. however not so great for someone in their later years. Those who don't mind a shared bathroom and no TV in the room good just to sleep . I would not recommend it for someone who would like their own bathroom or a holiday/vacation for an extended period of time.The home is shared with guests and owner. The parking not great and lots of house rules as its a shared home with owner. Not as vrbo advertised. Should really be under a different portal. Otherwise the owner was accommodating with requests

Our house is just 12 minutes walk to Zehrs, one of the biggest supermarkets in the area, and a 5-minute drive or 15 minute bus ride to T&T supermarket. Many guests love the peaceful residential area - close to the universities but away from the noise of student hubs.

Welcome to your cozy retreat on the second floor of our inviting home, perfectly situated just minutes away from the University of Waterloo and local hotspots. You will be staying in a spacious bed room with a queen-size bed, an catch up on work at the thoughtfully arranged desk.
You'll have access to a pristine shared washroom on the second floor, and a convenient powder room on the main floor for quick stops.
