- Per HOA regulations, trailers, motorcycles, and golf carts are not allowed at the property
- The HOA requires a parking pass for every vehicle. Before your arrival, the Guest Contact will reach out to collect a $50 refundable fee for each parking pass

Great stay!

We had an amazing time in Myrtle and the location of where the property is located was in short distance to all we would need. Kids loved that the indoor pool was right there with late hours!

Couldn’t have asked for more

My family was very happy with the condo, not to far from the beach or restaurants. Very quite area, well maintained. The owner was EXTREMELY polite and very reachable, made our stay even better. I highly recommend him and this property!

Serene setting

Nice, roomy, updated condo off the main road. Loved the outdoor pool with plenty of shade and enjoyed the indoor pool on a rainy day. Short walk to everything. Marshall was quick to answer with any questions.

Beautiful newly redecorated condo on 3rd floor!

We loved this condo! It had everything we needed and was perfect in every way! The owner was easy to communicate with and quick to respond to any questions. Check in and check out we’re a breeze! No trips to a realty office. That was wonderful! Only caution is for those who are not able to do many steps. This is a 3rd floor location with no elevator.

Quiet location. Convenient location.

Marshall is a wonderful host. Thanks to his proactive and thorough communication, we had a great peace of mind going into our stay. Despite us arriving early in the AM as were driving there late at night, Marshall was very accommodating and understanding. The entire property was peaceful and quiet, unlike other rowdy beach communities around Myrtle, so you can actually get some rest at night. The walk to the beach wasn’t long at all. Just go towards the pool and take a left. The pool access was nice to have incase it did rain. They also have a spacious hot tub to relax in too. The unit overall was clean, comfy, cozy and well-decorated. Beds were great. Not squeaky nor stiff. Living & dining area was spacious. Bathrooms could use more shelving, hooks and/or counter space for toiletries and towels. Only thing that I disliked was the slight mildew smell and the dust gathering by the windowsills. It did trigger my sensitive nose and allergies. It didn’t bother the rest of my family but it’s Something to keep in mind if you’re sensitive to odors or have breathing issues. Also, it didn’t seem like the air vents in the guest bedroom worked too well as the room got very stuffy when the doors were shut.

Finally, a homeowner who cares to every detail

My family has absolutely bookmarked this home for any future visits to Myrtle Beach. The unit was surprisingly larger than we expected. The kids had space to stretch just be kids while the parents lounged on the balcony seating. The home was super clean, within 5 minutes of easy walking to the beach, and close to so many nice restaurants, supermarkets and the outlet mall. We spent minimal time in the car as we didn't have to drive too far for anything. It was so obvious that the homeowner thinks of everything. He made the arrival and check-out steps so easy! The beds were firm and comfortable, the furnishings were stylish and the Wi-Fi was reliable. All the expected amenities and comforts were available, and we made special use of the coffee bar after long days in the water. Love it! We would recommend this spot to our closest friends and this will be the first place that we consider the next time visit South Carolina.

My amazing time at Myrtle beach!

My niece had her wedding in Myrtle beach, none in my family except her live there. So as one of my family members called it we did the “great migration to Myrtle beach”. My siblings all wanted to stay in the same place together so multiple units were rented in the development. Everyone in my family was jealous cause my unit was THE BEST. While their units had nothing wrong with them they were all clean and perfectly fine to stay in, mine was bright and up to date and theirs were gloomy and dated. We did have a small hiccup initially because the pull out bed was damaged by previous renters, but Marshall was quick to rectify the issue and went above and beyond to correct it. Marshall was a GREAT host! He communicated with me in advance and gave me tips and advice regarding the area. Check in was a smooth as can be. Our unit was a corner unit and a little bigger than the others. The decor was beautiful and I felt like I was on vacation as soon as I stepped in. The development itself had an indoor and outdoor pool, sauna (which my mother spent as much time as she could in), grill area, and just a few minutes walking distance to the beach and local spots to enjoy! My family and I felt safe and neighbors were friendly, one gentleman even helped my sister with a belt that had gone bad on her car during the drive there from NY. Marshall was available to me 24hrs a day in case there were any issues. I honestly have to say he is the best host I could have hoped for! I enjoyed my stay so much I plan on returning for many years to come :)

Summer Beach Vacation

This is the perfect location close to so many amazing restaurants. It’s also nice to have a Kroger just around the corner. I love the choice of going to the indoor or outdoor pool. A very pretty and quiet community with a short easy walk to the beach and beach bars. Very clean and spacious condo with a friendly and helpful host. Highly recommend

Clean and Quiet

This may be one of the cleaner condos or non-hotel properties we have ever stayed in. Really appreciated that. Was nervous about it being on the third floor with no elevator, but the stairs were not bad. Likes: Cleanliness Decor Large main living space Updated spaces Outdoor porch space Plenty of towels provided Dislikes: Lack of storage space in the rooms Kitchen lacking updates and some cabinets in rough shape slow internet Spotty tv service in the second bedroom Not having unit building letter and number to know where to go Overall a good stay and the owner was great with being available and making sure we had what we needed. Great communication leading up to the stay, aside from not having the unit info, but he answered his phone immediately and guided us there, so wasn’t a big deal. If it was just us and one child we would probably stay again.
