Outside you will notice the covered parking area, outdoor seating area, and an outdoor shower for rinsing the kids off before you head in from a day on the beach. Inside the entryway you will notice the perfect space to stash some of your beach items from the day before heading up to the main level. The second level includes a comfy living room, eat in kitchen, a half bath and a laundry closet, all in a roomy, open space. You will enjoy that the balcony is accessible from both the kitchen and the living room. Up on the third level are two bedrooms, each with its own private bath. The master bedroom has a king size bed and ensuite bathroom. The kids will love the twin bunk beds in the second bedroom, also has queen bed in this room for 2 more guests. You can enjoy the on-site pool just on the other side of the building, and bay access just beyond that, perfect for the little ones. Just a short walk across the street takes you to the powdery white sands and beautiful emerald waters of our famous beach. Fort Pickens National Park is just a short drive away for a day of historical exploration. Or, if you prefer, a short drive in the opposite direction will take you to the main hub of Pensacola Beach where you will find plenty of shopping, dining and activity options. During the spring and summer, hop on the free Pensacola Beach Trolley to go explore all of the options! Historical downtown Pensacola is about a fifteen minute drive away and offers even more dining, shopping, and historical options.
