Outstanding value with decent accommodations. This is a family’s walk-out basement. Full guest suite with kitchen, living room, dining room, shower/washroom, bedroom. Landlord has excellent communications / very helpful / timely. Highly recommended.

Comfortable and good value for the price

Bright spacious very clean accommodation, a bit out of the way, not centrally located, modern kitchen, but lacking in kitchen utensils, no coffee mugs or Glass glasses only two plastic ones, no coffee pot,. we purchased many items, Cutlery and utensils, coffee press, Mugs and glasses dinner plates, can opener, but the bathroom did have ample supply of soaps soahampoos and thank you item but we may do.

Property is easy to find and in an affluent safe neighborhood which is a great factor with family and kids. Opening the main door of the propert and instructions were clear and uncomplicated. Property is very near Cultus water park, Bridal falls, Tulip festivals and near shopping and groceries. One great plus of this Property is that the running water is great. There's a small shower stall complete with bathing amenities which are free to use so taking a shower is no problem at all but we brought our own to use too. We were free to use the kitchen with supplies like bowls and other items in your kitchen but as a friendly suggestion for your next guests: if you can put in a couple of more utensils like mugs, plates, spoon and fork that would be great. But Tommy, the host did say to ask if we need anything but we brought some disposables so we didn't bother him on these. All in all our stay for 3 nights was what we expected.
