The bathroom includes a shower and bathtub, a practical vanity with storage, and simple decorative touches. The kitchen comes fully equipped with a stove, oven, fridge, and microwave, making meal prep easy. The open-plan living area is a comfortable space to relax, Enjoy the Smart TV or step out to the private balcony for a bit of fresh air.



You’ll also have a washing machine, dryer, and ironing board, ideal for longer stays. Heating and air conditioning are included, and one secure parking spot is available.

Guests can use the shared outdoor pool, tennis court, and gym. The apartment is just minutes from Kings Park, Elizabeth Quay, and the Swan River, with local cafés, restaurants, and public transport nearby.



Due to its central location, this unit is situated near a main freeway, and some traffic noise may be heard at times.

The tennis court is available for guest use. Please note that tennis rackets and balls are not provided.

- Guests are required to fill out the verification form, supply their ID and a security deposit at least 24hrs before the check in

- Please do not book on behalf of other people.

- Companies are welcome but must book under the traveler's names.



Guest Verification & Damage Deposit

-Before your stay, guests are required to complete an ID verification and pay a damage deposit of 250AUD through our secure external system, "Safeguest".

-Please note that only physical IDs (such as driver's license or passport) are accepted - digital IDs are not valid.

-Damage deposit is fully refundable after check out, provided no damages are reported.

-The guest needs to take a photo of their ID and photo of their face thru Safeguest.



RULES
