• Exclusive use: You won't be sharing the space with other guests. The entire property, with all its amenities, is yours to enjoy during your stay.
• Spacious and comfortable: Our farmhouse boasts six fully furnished bedrooms, two living areas, two dining areas, two kitchens, and a large open-air courtyard with a convertible lounge pool. Plus, there's a spacious multipurpose hall for you to use as you wish!
• Immerse yourselves in farm life: Explore our on-site farm with its diverse fruit trees, kitchen garden, and food forests. You can even visit our two neighboring farms dedicated to commercial vegetable farming.
• Pet-friendly: Bring your furry friends along! We have kennels available, and our friendly dogs and kittens (kept in their kennels during your stay) will be happy to have some company.
• Sustainable living: Experience eco-conscious living with solar energy, rainwater harvesting, natural air conditioning, and zero-waste practices.

About the Farm
Welcome to your spacious and versatile home away from home! Our farmhouse features a unique blend of traditional and modern architecture, centered around a beautiful open-air courtyard. With six bedrooms, two living rooms, and ample communal spaces – including a convertible lounge pool and a large multipurpose hall – you'll have plenty of room to relax, connect, and create lasting memories. Whether you're a small group seeking intimacy or a larger gathering looking for space to spread out, our farmhouse can comfortably accommodate your needs.
Retreat to your private sanctuary in one of our six spacious bedrooms. Each room offers a tranquil escape with access to a balcony, passage, or sit-out overlooking the serene farm. Designed for natural comfort, the rooms feature ample ventilation and strategically placed windows to capture cool breezes, complemented by ceiling fans for added comfort. Unwind on a king-size or queen-size bed, and enjoy the modern amenities of your private bathroom.
Experience a harmonious blend of rustic charm and modern comfort in our uniquely designed farmhouse. Built with a step-farming architecture, the property offers a distinctive layout with terraced levels and a connecting walkway that invites exploration. Enjoy the tranquility of the natural surroundings while staying connected with WiFi access and modern amenities.

Engage in a friendly game of volleyball or basketball, or enjoy some indoor fun with table tennis, carrom, and board games. For a moment of tranquility, practice yoga and meditation in our serene courtyard or multipurpose hall. And don't forget your furry friends – our coconut farm doubles as a dog park where they can run and play freely.
With a variety of open and enclosed spaces at your disposal, you'll have plenty of room for both planned and spontaneous gatherings. Imagine hosting a lively karaoke night in the multipurpose hall, enjoying an impromptu skit in the courtyard, or simply relaxing with a board game in one of the cozy living areas. The possibilities are endless!

Savour the flavors of the farm! Our meals are prepared with fresh, locally sourced ingredients, many of which come directly from our gardens and neighboring farms. We offer delicious vegetarian and non-vegetarian options (including egg and chicken dishes). Take a look at our typical menu for inspiration, and we'll be happy to discuss your preferences and create a meal plan that suits your group.
Enjoy your meals in a variety of settings! With multiple dining spaces available, you can choose to dine indoors or al fresco, depending on your preference and the weather. Our self-service setup allows you to enjoy your meals at your own pace and convenience.
● Barbeque
Fancy a barbecue under the open sky? We have an outdoor barbecue grill (tandoor on wheels) available for your use. Please note that this amenity is dependent on weather conditions
● Culinary
Our farmhouse features a fully loaded kitchen, so you're welcome to prepare your own meals during your stay. Feel free to bring your favorite groceries and snacks. For those who prefer not to cook, you can always bring ready-to-eat meals or snacks. (Please note that we are outside the delivery range of services like Swiggy and Zomato.)
● Pets
Your furry friends are welcome at JNS Farm Stays! We have a dedicated area where they can roam freely. For their safety and the comfort of all guests, we ask that pets be leashed when outside of this designated area and that they remain outside of the farmhouse. We also provide outdoor kennels for your convenience. (Please note that our staff is trained to care for our resident pets only.)
● Food for your pets
We offer a variety of pet-friendly meals for an additional charge, including dairy-fresh milk, eggs, and veg or chicken curry with rice. Just let us know your pet's needs!
Pets @ our Farm
We have four lovely dogs and a few charming kittens who are part of our farm family. They have their own comfortable kennels and enjoy spending their days relaxing and exploring the farm. To ensure their well-being and maintain their routine, we kindly ask that you not feed them or attempt to interact with them. Our staff is well-versed in their care and routines.

Want to experience JNS Farm for the day? We offer day outing packages, which include a delicious lunch and full access to the farm, farmhouse, and all its amenities.
● Where are we Located
JNS Farm Stay is located in the eastern suburbs of Bengaluru, about 47 km from Varthur Main Road (SH207). You can reach us via various routes:
o Varthur Road via Chikkatirupathi
o Sarjapur Road via Bagalur-Berigal
o Old Madras Road via Hoskote and Malur

● Car Parking
You'll find plenty of parking space for your cars on the farm, conveniently located along the driveways.
● Security
For your safety and peace of mind, our farm gates are secured at 9:30 PM. After this time, our friendly canine companions are on patrol, and our staff will be happy to escort you if you need to leave the farmhouse. Rest assured, the entire farm area is monitored by CCTV cameras for added security. To ensure your privacy, no cameras are installed within the private spaces (Bathrooms, Indoor kitchens, or bedrooms) rest all common areas and outdoor perimeters are monitored.
● Insects, reptiles, and bugs
Our farm is a vibrant ecosystem, home to a variety of creatures, some of which require a bit of caution. We encourage you to embrace the natural environment while remaining mindful of your surroundings. Please be aware of the wildlife around you and take sensible precautions when exploring the farm. For your comfort and safety, we recommend wearing appropriate footwear and clothing and staying on designated paths. Be watchful of uninvited crawling guests while straying near bushes or using the lawns
● Mosquitos
While we haven't had any issues with mosquitoes inside the farmhouse, they can be common in outdoors, especially around sunset. We've installed mesh doors and windows for your comfort, and suggest keeping those closed between 5-7 PM. Bringing your mosquito repellent is always a good idea for extra protection.
● Quiet Hours
Please also refrain from playing loud music or drinking outdoors, as this may disturb our neighbors. Quiet hours are observed between 10 PM and 6 AM to maintain the tranquillity of the farm.
● Smoking
We appreciate you helping us maintain a clean and safe environment for everyone. Smoking is not allowed inside the farmhouse, but you're welcome to smoke in the designated outdoor areas. Please be mindful of the natural surroundings and dispose of cigarette butts properly.
● Sustainability
JNS Farm Stays is committed to sustainability. We kindly ask for your cooperation in:
○ Minimizing waste by avoiding any single-use plastics.
○ Conserving water and energy by turning off lights, fans, and taps when not in use.
○ Using reusable napkins and towels.
● Towels and Toiletries:
For your comfort, we provide towels for bathing, which are changed every 24 hours. Toiletries like toothpaste, toothbrushes, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and soap are available upon request, free of charge.
