Brand new and conveniently located, this holiday house provides great value and comfort for your stay in Tekapo.

Enjoy the open plan living, fully equipped kitchen and comfy beds. You’ll find a variety of facilities to enjoy within 10min walking distance including cafes, shopping, super market, bars and restaurants.

You will love the many popular activities surrounding this house including the popular Star Gazing tour, a golf course, hot spring pool and a ski field in the winter. The good shepherd church is just 1.5km away.

The house is professionally cleaned and managed to a Hotel like standard. Freshly-laundered, matching linens and towels are supplied to ensure guest hygiene. Super easy check in process - property manager emailed ahead of time with easy to follow instructions. Clean and up to date property. Location is about a 15 min walk to the center/lake.

Good communication with host, clear instructions for contactless entry. Modern apartment with a good kitchen and washing machine, comfortable bed. However the apartment is a bit run down with damage to the walls from furniture, the floor mat in the lounge is stained, there is mould in the shower, weeds and cigarette butts in the garden. If these were fixed, I would rate this property as a 5/5. The location was good, a quiet complex, deficated parking and a nice little outdoor area.
