Located right in front of Sandy Gully Beach, this home exudes relaxed coastal charm with a nostalgic touch. Enter through the lower level into a rumpus room with two sofas and a wall-mounted TV—perfect for laid-back afternoons or quiet evenings. Upstairs, unwind on the L-shaped sofa or curl up with a good book in the rocking chair, all while soaking in panoramic ocean views from the main living area. Step onto the private balcony, where cushioned armchairs and a coffee table invite you to savour your morning coffee.

Two bedrooms feature queen-sized beds, while the third includes a single bed and bunk beds strictly for kids, making it ideal for families. Refresh in two full bathrooms, one with a timber vanity and a separate toilet for added privacy. Please note, both bathrooms are located downstairs and should be considered when booking. A convenient washing machine outside makes longer stays stress-free.
