Step inside to be greeted by gorgeous wooden floors, high ceilings with skylights, and an inviting open-plan living space filled with natural light and stunning fireplace. The cottage boasts air-conditioning throughout to make the Summer Nights and chilly Winters super comfortable. The Mist also comes with Starlink on a Residential Max Plan (the fastest satellite internet currently available in Australia), which is perfect for the family or working professionals if you cannot completely switch off during your stay.

The gourmet kitchen is a chef’s dream, fully equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, sleek stone benchtops, and everything you need to create a delicious meal. The adjoining dining and lounge area is perfect for gathering, with plush furnishings and large windows overlooking the picturesque garden with the newly installed spa, a private retreat to unwind in peaceful surroundings.

With two elegant bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room, featuring luxe bedding and tranquil views, rest comes easy. Each bedroom is paired with its own designer bathroom (one ensuite and one main bathroom), complete with underfloor heating for ultimate comfort in Winter.

THINGS TO KNOW

* This property is suitable for babies or children and we provide a travel cot, however we do not provide the linen. The cot is in the bedroom cabinet for you to set up. We do not provide a highchair, but you’re welcome to bring your own.

*Checkin details will be sent either the night before checking in, or the morning of check-in for security reasons.



HOUSE RULES

* Check-in after 3 pm; check-out before 10 am. Fees may apply for changes. Approval required first.

* No smoking allowed

* Strictly No parties or events allowed.

* Sofa bed can be provided upon request, for a fee if less than 5 guests booked.

* Guests must follow NSW Short Term Legislation.

* All guests are required to accept our booking Terms and Conditions in the Pre-arrival check-in form, as well as provide a valid ID and card details for security.

* Max 6 overnight guests, 3 day visitors, 9 people total at any time.

* Only approved guests/visitors allowed (written permission required).

* Strict no-smoking policy; $500 fine may apply.

* Respect neighbours; keep noise low, especially after 9 pm.

* Breaking rules may result in eviction without refund (STRA terms apply).

* Date changes allowed only if more than 1 month before check-in, subject to approval/surcharges.

* Pets allowed with prior approval; max weight up to 10kg only; $110 fee per stay; keep pets off furniture.
