The Space
A complete house with 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, and 1 half-bath. It includes all necessary amenities: a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a veranda that leads to both the pool and the garden.
3 ocean-view bedrooms: Each featuring one double bed.
3 rear bedrooms: Each with one double bed and one single bed.
The property also offers a pool with a view and direct beach access, a barbecue area, and abundant greenery. Additional features include Wi-Fi and a washing machine.

1. House Rules
1.1 Use and Occupancy
a) Exclusive Use: The property is for the exclusive use of registered guests. Subletting or sharing the property is prohibited.
b) Property Preservation: Please return the property in the same condition as it was received, including maintaining furniture, utensils, and installations.
c) Incident Reporting: Any damages or issues with the property must be reported immediately to the landlord or property manager.
d) Occupancy Limit: The maximum number of guests is 15 (fifteen), including adults and children. Exceeding this limit is not allowed.
e) Guest and Vehicle Registration: Provide the names of all guests and the license plates of the vehicles at least one month in advance.
f) Events and Parties: Parties, events, or gatherings that are not pre-authorized are strictly prohibited.
1.2 Security and Surveillance
g) 24-Hour Monitoring: For the safety of guests and the property, there are 8 surveillance cameras in the common areas, operating 24 hours a day.
h) Quiet Hours: Quiet is required from 10:00 PM onwards in accordance with Article 1,277 of the Civil Code, ensuring the neighborhood’s well-being.
i) No Pets: Bringing pets is not allowed.
j) Entrance Precautions: Avoid entering the house while wet or with sand to help preserve the interiors.
k) No Smoking: Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited.
l) Food and Drink Consumption: Do not consume food or beverages on beds or sofas to prevent stains and damage.
m) Damages and Breakages: Guests are responsible for any damages or breakages, as stipulated in the contract.
n) Energy and Waste Conservation: Turn off the air conditioner when leaving the room and dispose of trash properly.
o) Cleaning Service: Allow the cleaning team to enter once a day to collect trash.
p) Courtesy and Respect: Guests will be treated courteously and are expected to reciprocate in kind.
q) Pool Maintenance: The caretaker will clean the pool daily (schedule to be arranged in advance).
