The quarter is situated in the South-West only 10 minutes by metro from home to downtown Montreal, exits to Hwys 15 and 20, the St-Laurent River, schools and more. Enjoy the excitement of Formula 1 racing in June, The Montreal Jazz Festival in July and many more internationally known festivals in our vibrant and culturally rich cosmopolitan city. The 900 sq. ft. spacious and naturally well lit upper duplex suite is located on a quiet clean tree-lined suburban street of like duplexes and multiplexes. Enjoy a coffee or a beverage on the south facing outdoor covered patio deck overlooking a private yard. Shops and services are located on Monk and Wellingdon Streets within a pleasant walk or short drive.

Location & Service. There is a suburban feel - mature trees line both sides of the street and it is quiet and very safe. Minutes to downtown making shops, services and entertainment very accessible. The host is keen to provide the best service possible to make the guest(s) feel welcome and comfortable.
