Barefoot Cottage + Studio At The Heads, Pet Friendly

Bring the whole family or a group of friends to this great place with lots of room for fun. Renovated with new appliances. Shoalhaven River at the end of the street, off leash dog areas and a 3 minute drive to the rolling surf Seven Mile Beach. Cottage + Studio. Four bedrooms sleep 8 with R/c air conditioning, smart TV with complimentary wifi to house and studio. 2 well stocked kitchens, 2 bathrooms. Huge fully fenced level rear yard. Outdoor shower.

We now welcome your dogs (max 2 ) both inside and out but not in bedrooms. Free internet with study nook means suitable to work from home. All linen provided except BYO beach towels, cot linen and cot blankets. Outdoor furniture provided on the back deck overlooking the grassy yard where you will spend most of your time unwinding. Perfect for couples or families and their furry member. We provide a travel cot and can supply a highchair, just ask.

Our cottage has off street parking in the tandem carport providing undercover entry to house. Driveway is shared with studio flat at rear. Getting around, the roads are mostly flat so walking and bike riding is ideal.

Keypad entry means no more worrying about keys when you go out and about. You will receive a text with your PIN on arrival. You will have the entire house to yourself. I am available via messages or phone/text if urgent.

External Cameras to front and rear entry to property. None inside. Alarm is deactivated prior to your arrival and is for owner use only.

Things to Note ( House Rules):

No parties are permitted and guests must be over 21 to book

No smoking is permitted on the premises, either inside or outside for host health reasons.

No unauthorised guests. This means any additional visitors or guests to your booking, must be pre approved by the Barefoot host, including provision of identification if requested. We reserve the right to refuse additional guests.

Please provide a brief description of any pet you are bringing. Your pet is permitted inside the house, just not on beds or couches. There is an outdoor couch on the deck next to the bedding area which is undercover your pet may use as well.

Note rear deck although only 500mm above ground has no railings so children should be supervised at all times.

When using the wifi, you agree to use it only for legal purposes and you promise not to use it for illegal uploading, downloading or other illegal activities.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks.

Our cottage is located in a quiet residential area so please consider our friendly neighbours and minimise noise after 10pm. Thank you.
