As you enter, you're welcomed by a spacious hallway leading to the ground floor, which features three generously sized bedrooms, all with built-in robes. This level also includes a versatile rumpus room with ample seating and a fold-out sofa bed.

Step outside onto the expansive deck, accessible from the rumpus room, where you can relax and soak in the coastal breeze.

The ground floor also houses the main bathroom, complete with a bath, shower, and separate toilet, as well as a fully equipped laundry with a washing machine and dryer for your convenience.

You'll also have access to a secure garage with space for two cars, plus direct entry into the house for added ease.

Upstairs is where the heart of the home truly shines. The light-filled open-plan kitchen, living, and dining areas create the perfect space for entertaining and spending quality time together. Thoughtfully designed and well-equipped, this central hub ensures a seamless stay.

The master bedroom is a true retreat, offering generous space, a walk-in robe, and a private ensuite. There is also a powder room upstairs.

There are two security cameras at the home. One camera is located in the front yard, and the second camera is located in the back yard.

The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants, so we only rent to mature guests who will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house will be used for relaxation-style holidaying; loud parties are prohibited.

ADDITIONAL RULES
Strictly no schoolies, parties or events. Mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbours complain or the police are called, this could affect your bond and we reserve the right to evict guests.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
Access details will be available for you to enter directly at the home. Therefore, unfortunately, we do not get a chance to meet, but this provides a simple and convenient way for you to enter and depart the house quickly.
