A gourmet kitchen boasts premium finishes, an induction cooktop, an electric oven, and essential appliances, including a coffee machine. The stylish dining area seats six, perfect for intimate gatherings. Each bedroom is a sanctuary of comfort, featuring sumptuous queen beds with soft pillows, and blackout blinds for a restful night’s sleep. The main suite offers an en-suite for added privacy, while the well-appointed bathrooms include essential amenities such as hairdryers. A private laundry room off the butler’s pantry provides added convenience with a washer and ironing facilities. Outside, a beautifully furnished garden offers a serene escape, accessible via a side pathway. This exquisite home is complemented by modern comforts, including a reverse-cycle air conditioner and a heat pump in the living area, ensuring year-round comfort in a setting of pure luxury. Public Transport: Limited public transport in Penna; the nearest options are in nearby Sorell with buses to Hobart CBD. We would recommend hiring a car or driving to explore the local area.



Getting There: Approx. A 15-minute drive from Hobart Airport and a 30-minute drive from Hobart CBD.

For your comfort, this property is prepared with professional-grade hotel-style linen, including a three-sheet setup, ensuring a fresh and hygienic sleep experience.

- Early Check-in: Our standard check-in is at 3 pm. To guarantee early access to the property we suggest booking the night before if available. Otherwise, early check-in is subject to availability from the night before at an additional cost.

- Late check-out: Our standard check-out is at 10 am. To guarantee a later check-out of the property we suggest booking an additional night if available. Otherwise, a late check-out is subject to availability from the night before to an additional cost.

- Baggage: For security reasons, we are unable to receive or to keep unattended baggage before check-in or after check-out

- We provide a small welcome amenity pack to get your stay started.
