Sophisticated design.
This incredible home was designed by Chris Beckingham (who designed world-renowned Qualia) and features an inviting, open plan layout. Like Qualia, it also utilises plenty of natural timbers, stone and materials that complement the surrounding environment.

Location.
Surrounded by lush, tropical gardens, this stylish home is next to Hamilton Island's renowned One Tree Hill lookout and bar - the perfect place to watch the sun setting over the island. It's also a buggy ride to everything else the island has to offer.

Room to move.
The house sleeps ten guests and is ideal for families, groups or couples. Each bedroom in the house boasts a king bed, and the master bedroom includes a large ensuite bathroom with a spa. The 5th bedroom is accessed externally and is located downstairs as a secondary separate suite, with its own bathroom and living space. This property includes a selection of 50ml Aesop products (1 x Shampoo, 1 x Conditioner, 1 x Body Cleanser, and 1 x Body Balm) provided in all bathrooms.

Outdoor area.
As well as a shaded rear courtyard, there is a large, covered timber balcony which enables you to make the most of Hamilton Island's beautiful weather. This includes comfortable outdoor lounges, shade blinds, a dining table for eight people, built-in gas BBQ and direct access to a private plunge pool.

Kitchen.
A well-equipped, open plan kitchen in the house makes self-catering a breeze.

Pool.
This home features a private plunge pool, set at 28*C all year round, which runs directly off the main balcony.

Two buggies.
Explore everything Hamilton Island has to offer, with private access to two golf buggies for the duration of your stay.

Buggy.
This property includes 2x 4 seater golf buggy. Authorized drivers must be a minimum age of 21 years old and hold a current drivers license to drive the vehicle. Infant/child restraints available upon arrival at an additional cost, it is required for 0-4years to be restrained in the buggy.

Kids Stay and Eat Free
Children 12 years and under can enjoy free meals for the duration of your stay when dining with a parent at Pool Terrace and ordering from the kids’ menu. Participating restaurants may be subject to change.

Complimentary non-motorised watersports
Any time during your stay, you can head down to Catseye Beach and make full use of any of the non-motorised watersports equipment

Smoking.
Please be advised that all Hamilton Island Holiday Homes are smoke free. Smoking is not permitted in properties or on balconies. Smoking in properties can attract a cleaning fee of $500.
