The stay was pleasant & comfortable. We were family of 5 (2 adults, 3 teens) traveling from abroad. Items that were VERY appreciated:- Communication: Owners are very quick to reply & THOROUGH! Directions provided prior to arrival are so organized & detailed!- Location: 4-5 minutes walk from Toowong Village was VERY convenient; Coles & Woolies markets there so we stocked up fridge to cook own meals. Easy to access all of Brisbane from here, very safe & walkable area!- Climate control system: Only used heater once on a particularly cold night, but impressed by how quickly and quietly it worked; would be excellent for summer AC- Strong WiFi: Easy to connect multiple devices, worked even when outdoors and in garage- Laundry: Used washer & dryer multiple times! While washer is small 6 kg capacity, it was quick & dryer was strong! Loved this feature so we didn’t have to pack a lot; also washed towels mid-trip- Shower: While small, showers had excellent water pressure & hot water. Also, toiletries from Umate were high quality & smelled nice- Extra cozy blanket for each bed: we came in winter so this was a nice touchOnly issue we had was during our longer stay (8 days/7 nights) we ran out of basic amenities like trash bags, toilet paper & had to purchase. Maybe they stocked for shorter trips, but I wish they had accounted for our stay. FYI - no hangers or drawers, so used our suitcases for clothing & borrowed hangers family member.Overall, enjoyed & would stay again!
