Come on down the weather is fine! Beach is open and gorgeous. Both pools are open and currently unheated (repair date unknown), and both hot tubs are open and heated, pavers in-between the pools are currently being worked on, and they're also working on restoring the Tiki Bar. There may be some construction noise between 9am-6pm, and the direct access to the beach has been diverted to the public beach access points, which are located at both the North and South sides of the Sunset Vistas property line.
The onsite Cafe is open with Tiki Bar service.
This fantastic Indian Rocks Beach View condo is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath at Sunset Vistas, is located on the 4th floor, and sleeps up to 6! Sunset Vistas is a beautiful beachfront resort in Treasure Island that features many guest amenities to make your vacation a very special time! This 2 bedroom 2 bath Beachfront condo sleeps 6, and has a beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico and beach from inside the unit. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils for cooking and preparing your food. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. The master bedroom has a King Bed with bathroom ensuite, the guest room has a Queen Bed, with the second bath off of the living area. The living room has a Queen sized pull out sofa bed for the 5th and 6th guest (surcharges apply on 5th and 6th guest). Sunset Vistas amenities include an adult pool and a kiddie pool, 2 hot tubs, an onsite Cafe, a pool/beach Bar, an onsite gym, an office workstation, and a ping pong table, but, of course, the best part is that you will be staying directly on Treasure Island Beach, named one of the nicest Beaches in the World! Johns Pass Village & Boardwalk is located a mile away, and Splash Harbour Water Park is a 9 mile drive.
Guests enjoy a host of resort amenities, such as a large private resort pool, whirlpool spas, and a children's pool. You'll have access to the fitness center, the tropical courtyard, and one (1) reserved parking place (parking pass to be put on dashboard). Parking is covered and located entirely under building cover. Sorry, we cannot help with parking for any additional vehicles, however, check with the front desk, and they may possibly issue a parking pass for an additional car, however this is not guaranteed.
Toiletries/Essentials - The items below are meant to serve as a START-UP to your stay.
To help you settle in comfortably, we will provide the following essentials:
Two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
One roll of paper towels
Hand soap at each sink
Dish soap
A few trash bags for each trash can
A few laundry sheets
Dish detergent and sponge
Ground coffee or coffee pods
Dish towel(s)
In addition, we will provide one full set of bath towels and one beach towel per person, based on the number of guests the home or condo accommodates.
Please note: We do not provide extra supplies during your stay, regardless of its duration. Some of the main items that we DO NOT provide are shampoo, body wash, conditioner, tissues, oils, spices (salt, pepper, etc.), coffee filters, cream or sugar, tin foil.
This unit has a pack-n-play, beach chairs, and a beach umbrella for your use during your stay.
IMPORTANT: IF YOU BOOK THIS UNIT, YET ARE HAVING ANOTHER PARTY MAKE PAYMENT, YOU WILL NEED TO ADD THE EMAIL ADDRESS OF THE PAYER ONTO THE BOOKING, AND THE PAYER WILL NEED TO E-SIGN OUR RENTAL AGREEMENT. ONLY THE PERSON WHO PAYS IS AUTHORIZED TO E-SIGN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT.
Age minimum: One guest must be at least 25 years old. Under the ADA and Florida law, owners of public accommodations are not required to allow emotional support animals, only documented service animals. Rates on OPEN DATES are often subject to change. TRAVEL INSURANCE IS RECOMMENDED, AS THERE IS A STRICT NO REFUND POLICY!!! IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL, YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. THE NO REFUND POLICY INCLUDES NO REFUNDS DUE TO HEALTH CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WEATHER CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WATER CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND INCLUDING COLD WATER OR RED TIDE, OR TRANSPORTATION OR ROAD CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND INCLUDING FLIGHT CANCELLATIONS. A CHANGE IN YOUR BOOKING DATE MAY NOT BE POSSIBLE OR ALLOWED, HOWEVER, SHOULD A DATE CHANGE BE ALLOWED BY THE OWNER, BOOKING DATE CHANGES WILL BE SUBJUECT TO A $50 CHARGE FOR EACH DATE CHANGE. Should a booking date change be allowed, the difference in rates, if lower, will not be refunded, and if higher, will be charged. AGAIN, due to the no refund policy, travel insurance is highly recommended, especially if your stay will fall around Florida's Hurricane season, which falls annually around June 1 through Nov. 30. We cannot guarantee pools will be warm during cold weather months and will not give discounts or refunds should a guest experience cold pool water temperatures.
Please understand what can come with the potential aftermath of a Hurricane. There may be closures of the following, that could possibly last weeks, if not longer: restaurants/shops, roads, certain amenities offered, beaches, Wi-Fi/cable, pools, elevators, etc. Our owners will stand behind their no refund cancellation policy for any of these inconveniences and will not be making anyone the exception. Again, this is why we HIGHLY recommend purchasing good travel insurance. There should be a few policies offered towards the end of your booking process. One of which should allow you to cancel for any reason (CFAR). However, it is important for you, to do your proper research in confirming what exclusions, if any, exist for that particular policy. If none are offered to you, you can always contact another 3rd party travel insurance company. Date changes, rain checks, or compensation will also not be options under these circumstances! Hurricane season, again, falls between June 1st and November 30th.
Garage clearance is 6ft 8inches. If you have a vehicle that is taller than that 6'8'', you will need to try to find an open "guest parking" spot which are super limited. Sorry to say that we cannot help you with parking if your vehicle cannot clear 6'8''.

Because we have a high amount of same day turn overs, we kindly ask that you PLEASE refrain from asking for an early check in. Check-in is at 4PM Eastern or any time thereafter. Should the unit be available for early check-in, it will be offered to you on the morning of your arrival for a $50 early check-in fee. Thank you for understanding!
We require the payer of the booking to sign our rental agreement, which insures the guest instructions will auto-send at 3PM on the day of arrival.
