Home amenities include: 3 bedrooms/3 bathrooms -- 1 King bed, 1 Twin bed, 1 Day bed with Twin trundle, & 2 Xtra long Twins beds (sleeps 7), Smart TVs (streaming only), WIFI available, heated pool, large enclosed lanai patio, fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, built-in BBQ grill, private boat dock with 20,000 lb lift for a single hull boat up to 30 ft. long, direct bay access from canal, 2 kayaks with life vests & paddles, 1 garage parking space, children items including crib, 2 pack-n-plays, sheets, highchair available & a variety of toys/games/puzzles! Pets considered (Dogs only). Bed linens and bath towels included. Beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella are provided for added convenience.

Please note: ALL of our Single Family Homes require a 28 day minimum rental period per the city of Sanibel. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 7 people.
