With 5 BR, 2 baths plus 2 1/2 baths this property features an open floor plan, new flooring, new expanded rear deck for 2025 along with new front deck , and updated kitchen. You can walk out the back door onto the sand along with a private dune path to the beach, and access Silver Lake as well as private off street parking! You can take the Jolly Trolley into Rehoboth Beach to enjoy the boardwalk, the beach, shopping and some of the finest dining in the area!
