**The first loft** features two private, enclosed bedrooms, each with a comfortable queen-size bed, offering a peaceful and cozy place to unwind.

**The second loft** offers a beautiful open-concept layout with a king-size bed and a queen-size bed, creating a spacious and inviting atmosphere.

Together, the two lofts offer **two comfortable living rooms and two private terraces**, giving your group plenty of room to relax, socialize, and enjoy quality time together. Exposed brick walls, high ceilings, and warm architectural details add character to the spaces, while modern furnishings and thoughtful amenities make everyone feel right at home.

It's situated in the famous "notre dame street" known for it's great lifestyle and beautiful architecture with the "Basilique Notre-Dame de Montréal" 2 minutes away on foot and the the port of montreal less then 10 minutes away.
It's surrounded by the most prestigious restaurants in Montreal like "Pizzeria Moretti", bars and various cozy cafés. It's also near downtow montreal and the beautiful "place des art" where you can discover the montreal lifestyle.

Great location and very spacious. worked well for 2 families traveling together. Be aware this is an old building and you could potentially have very noisy neighbors above you, as we did, in the middle of the night. There were maintenance issues we discussed with host.

Apartments were nice, pretty modern, lots of space. Right in the heart of the action of Old Montreal. We walked to everything.

Great location to explore Montreal. Easy to walk in all directions to explore. We were here for F1 and it was a very short walk to ferry. One outside deck had such an uneven floor it was unusable. Bedrooms do not have AC. Fans should be provided in each bedroom.

Great location!

This was a great place for our family visit! We were able to walk most everywhere because of its proximity to sights and restaurants and we really enjoyed the space to gather and play games, etc. The apartments are very clean, appointed and spacious. There is a Dépanneur right next door for drinks and snacks too, which is very handy. Our host checked in with us before our stay and was quick to respond to our questions during our visit. Overall, a great experience in a lovely old building in Old Montreal.

This split apartment set up was just about perfect for our 4 girls weekend away trip. The location was the best part being so close to the Basilica and lots of cafes, however the flat is self was lacking in storage space for our clothes. Like, nothing. Not a single drawer or shelf or closet to put our clothes. I ended up displaying everything on the couch in the bedroom :( There also wasn't a toilet paper holder in the upstairs bathroom and in the other unit bathroom there was a large hole in the wall. Overall the location made it but I would not recommend due to lacking of some basics and high rental price.
