Newly appointed spacious retreat near Kenney's Beach, wineries and Southold town, featuring 4 bedrooms and 3 baths sleeping 9.
Main floor features a family room with wood burning fireplace, formal dining room seating up to ten and TV room with sectional sofa. Full bath with walk-in shower and front load washer and dryer.
The second floor includes the primary bedroom suite with walk-in closet and ensuite. Additional two bedrooms and a second full bath with vaulted ceiling and skylight.
Generous backyard deck, gas grill and dinning table for eight. A 20 by 40 foot heated saltwater pool welcomes you to the backyard oasis - open Memorial Day through September.
Two-car garage with parking for an additional three vehicles.
The 'nightly rate' shown is for comparison purposes only. Minimum night stay of 14 nights. Southold Town Rental Permit #0560.
