Welcome to our spacious and comfortable 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment located at the iconic Leopold building at 470 St Kilda Rd. Whether you're here for business or leisure, this modern apartment offers everything you need for a relaxing stay.
The Space:
- 2 bedrooms with comfortable double beds for a restful night's sleep.
- 2 bathrooms to ensure convenience and privacy for all guests (1 ensuite & 1 central bathroom).
- Split system AC/heating in master bedroom and living room, perfect for staying cool on warm Melbourne days.
- Washer & dryer available in the apartment for your convenience.
Hair dryer provided for your use.
Amenities:
- Smart TV with free channels for entertainment.
- Open plan living area with balcony to enjoy a fresh breeze and views of the city.
- Parking available in basement.
- Public gym on level 2 (open until 9:30 pm).

Other Things to Note:
** The lockbox location is about 700 meters from the apartment, driving a car would be best since we have a parking spot for you. Alternately, you can ask the uber/taxi driver to stop at the locker place and grab it)
** Please note: longtime construction being done next door so may hear construction noises during business hours but abiding by EPA noise regulations. **
** PLEASE NOTE: if guests get locked out of the apartment, we may be able to help with spare key but we will have to charge a service fee for the time and delivery (pending availability and distance). After 8 pm and on the weekend, rates may go up. If we are not able to help, it will be the guest’s responsibility to call a locksmith at their own cost. **
