The Space:

Tiny Tranquility by Tiny Away in Youanmite proves that small spaces can feel truly special—just 2 hours from Bendigo and 30 minutes from Shepparton. It’s the perfect blend of farm charm and modern comfort.



Kick back in a bright, cozy interior, or unwind under the stars in your private outdoor nook. Explore nearby gems like Cactus Country, the Shepparton Art Museum, or the Murray River—then return to your peaceful escape in the countryside.



A comfortable 139-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet, hand basin, and gas-heated shower.



IMPORTANT NOTE: If you're booking for a group, we also have a second tiny house,"Tiny Heaven" available with 24 hours' notice, ensuring you have even more cozy holiday homes to enjoy.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the tiny home and its immediate surroundings. The building and shed on the property are off-limits.



The Neighborhood:

Tiny Tranquility by Tiny Away is one of the cozy holiday homes in Victoria, located in Youanmite, just 30 minutes from Shepparton. Enjoy peaceful tiny house living surrounded by rural landscapes, with easy access to Cactus Country, the Murray River, and Kennedy Park Thompson’s Beach.



For a leisurely walk and some sightseeing, explore Shepparton Museum for local history and Indigenous culture, or head to Barmah National Park and Ulupna Island for wildlife, bushwalking, and riverside adventures.



Getting Around:

By Car:



- From Shepparton: 30 minutes (38 km)

- Accessible by both paved and unpaved roads



By Public Transport:



- Take a train or bus to Shepparton

- From Shepparton, hire a taxi or rideshare for the 30-minute drive to the property



By Flight:



- Nearest major airport: Melbourne Airport (Tullamarine)

- From the airport, drive approximately 2.5 hours or take a regional flight to Shepparton, then drive 30 minutes to the property



Other Things to Note:

- Gas BBQ grill is available

- Smoking is not on the property

- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed

- Stay aware of bushland risks like snakes, and always follow fire ban regulations

- Mobile reception is good for Telstra, Optus and Vodafone. The rest have weak signals.

- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge

- Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and electronics, close the windows, and lock the doors when leaving the tiny home.

- Pets Are Allowed for $30 per pet, per stay, payable directly to the host. Please provide 24 hours’ notice. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times. The full pet policy will be sent before arrival.



Important note:



- No BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits during a total fire ban

- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present in the surrounding areas

- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the cassette toilet and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
