Welcome to your waterfront retreat at Pearly Shores! This modern and beautifully appointed vacation rental offers breathtaking marina views and serene vibes. Enjoy stylish living with an open-plan layout, fully equipped kitchen, and cozy living space leading to a private balcony. Stroll to nearby cafes, beaches, and vibrant local attractions. With ample parking and luxurious comfort, it's perfect for families or couples seeking a peaceful escape by the coast.

We are very contactable and will help out at any time. Please message us and we will get back to you soon as possible. Please be aware that unless urgent, guests should be patient with us after hours as we like our team members to be able to spend some quality time with their families. We prefer to use the Airbnb app to receive messages and this is the quickest and most efficient way to reach us.

We give our guests space, but we are just a message away - do not hesitate to reach out to us with any concerns or questions you may have. We are in the office Mon-Fri 9AM to 5PM. Outside of these hours, we will get back to you as soon as we can.

Public transportation is accessible, though some services may require a short walk. The nearest bus stop is located on Dolphin Drive before Breakwater Parade, approximately a 7-minute walk from the address. Bus routes 584 and 589 service this stop, with the first bus arriving at 5:04 AM and the last at 9:11 PM.

For train services, Mandurah Station is the terminus of the Mandurah railway line, providing regular services to Perth and other destinations. The station is accessible via bus routes or a short drive from Breakwater Parade.

Local Environment Notice
Our home sits in a stunning waterfront location surrounded by nature. From time to time, you may see a few local visitors in the bay like dolphins and whales if you are lucky! We may also ocassionally share the environment with ants, flies, or mosquitoes - especially when doors or windows are open. The property is professionally treated, but weather changes can bring a little extra activity.

To stay comfortable, we suggest keeping food sealed, closing doors when possible, and using repellents if needed. This is all part of the beautiful natural environment that makes this area so special. If you notice anything unusual, please reach out - we’re always happy to help.


Guest Access
• Full access to the property is provided apart from garage

Wi-fi is offered as a complimentary extra. As there is no charge, issues will be dealt with ASAP but cannot be guaranteed.

We strongly recommend travel insurance to protect against unexpected changes to your plans. Our cancellation policy is strict, and refunds will not be issued unless the issue is caused by our listing. Travel insurance can help cover costs if you need to cancel or your trip is disrupted.

This listing is pet-friendly. You will be required to pay a pet fee via our guest portal if you wish to bring your pet with you. We reserve the right to reject your pet request if we deem your pet unsuitable for a short-term accommodation listing.

Identity Check & Security Hold
Before check-in, guests complete a quick ID and card verification via our Guest App - similar to hotel check-in — to ensure safety and peace of mind for all. A $750 security hold (required by our insurer) is placed and automatically released after your stay once house rules are confirmed and no damage is noted.

We’re happy to consider early check-in and late check-out requests, though these options are subject to availability and not guaranteed. Our cleaners charge a fee $50 per hour for this service. For guaranteed early access, we recommend booking the night prior to arrival. This offers peace of mind and a smooth, stress-free start to your stay
