For clarity, the house is divided into two distinct levels:

Upper Floor (Guest Rental Unit): The entire upper floor is included as part of the short-term rental unit. Guests will also have exclusive access to the front garden, rear patio, rear yard, and a designated parking space accessible from the back lane. These areas are reserved solely for guest use, ensuring both privacy and convenience throughout their stay.

Basement Level (Non-Guest Area): The basement level is a completely separate space that is not part of the short-term rental unit. It has no internal connection to the guest rental area and is not accessible to guests.

This arrangement ensures that guests enjoy a private, comfortable, and well-defined living space throughout their time at the property.

Very much enjoyed our stay. House was well appointed, included all the supplies and amenities advertised and some. Clean, quiet and ample parking in a nice neighbourhood.

Such a comfortable stay. Very well equipped with everything we needed for our 3 nights. Communication with the host was timely and helpful and a brief visit in person just to check all was ok was appreciated.

The house was just what I was looking for. It was clean, well stocked with amenities and very comfortable. Two large bedrooms and had all of the comforts of home. The hosts were a pleasure to work with too. I will definitely be staying there again, One of the best values in Vancouver!

Cute house in walkable neighborhood.

We stayed just one night in the home and were happy with the layout and the clean/updated interior. Communication with the host was quick and easy.

Mark and his family were truly ideal guests. They maintained the house in excellent condition, leaving it clean and well cared for throughout their stay. They showed great respect for the house rules and were considerate of the neighbors, remaining quiet and courteous at all times. Communication with them was smooth and prompt, making the entire hosting experience seamless and pleasant. I would highly recommend Mark and his family to any other host without hesitation. The Cozy Cove was a nice, clean, and convenient location for us. It is about equal distance from the airport and Canada Place. We only stayed one night before a cruise. Tim Hortons is only two blocks away for breakfast. We would stay again.

Our stay at the cozy cove was perfect!! It was so handy having laundry, a full kitchen on site, but even better having easy transit close by. We used to live in the west end of Vancouver, and have stayed closer to downtown in the past, so we were worried about feeling too far out. And while it was about 1 hour transit from downtown, it didn’t matter, the bus stops were nearby and never felt like a hassle, even with 2 kids and a lot of construction. Ankita was super accommodating when we asked if we could keep our bags in the space after checkout as our flight wasn’t until later. We would definitely stay again!

Very clean, just as advertised. Good temperature control even on the hottest days. Kitchen very functional and well organized. Good layout for a family of four. Kid-safe without any built in or decorative hazards. Please note: Pull the front door closed very firmly before locking or unlocking or it will not latch/unlatch properly. Also if you are strict vegetarian, please note the family downstairs does cook meat (was not a problem for us). Host Ms. Ankita Biswas extremely responsive. Would visit again.

Thank you for your stay, you were great guests to have in my home. I am very sorry for the disruption at night. There are usually no problems with kids. The heating and cooling system for the upstairs and downstairs is designed to be separate, but I noticed that the vent sealing between the two was ripped. I have fixed it permanently, so there shouldn't be any cooking smell anymore. We hope that if we host your family in the future these issues do not arise again.
