"Craven Haven" lives up to the name. Remodeled bungalow with slate floors throughout, nautical decorations, comfortable beds, 3 smart tvs, wireless internet, rain shower in bath two, full tub and shower in bath1, fully stocked kitchen, oversize washer, dryer, screened porch with patio set, BBQ grill, picnic table, shade trees, fenced back yard.... all located in Sea Aire Estates, a quaint, quiet neighborhood, just a few minutes from the Holden Beach bridge. (About 1.4 miles from the beach) Plenty of parking if bringing a boat. Easy access with no stairs. Pet love the cool slate floors and the shaded fenced in backyard. The covered picnic area in the backyard is great for a kiddy pool in the shade. Everyone that visits tell me that the house is so comfortable that they don't want to leave. This is a very affordable home in which to have your dream vacation! Also, feel free to reach out if your check in or out days are different. I try to accommodate.. 20 5 star reviews can't be wrong!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay at this cozy beach house! It met all our expectations: comfortable, quiet, and relaxing. The proximity to the beach was a huge plus, and our two dogs absolutely loved it. We'll definitely be back!

This place is a home away from home!

Phoebe is delightful! So easy to talk to and very accommodating. The house and grounds were clean and beautiful. Breakfast was always delicious! The blueberry pancakes are truly homemade and a must try! If you decide to stay here you will not be disappointed! We will definitely stay again! Thank you Phoebe !!

Craven Heaven

This place was so clean. It’s nothing fancy with a shabby chic furnishings that make you feel at home. Communication with the manager was excellent. But what impressed me is everything was there you do not need to bring anything. She has everything labeled so you know where things are. We will be staying again as we could bring our pets. They loved it too with a nice backyard. So go ahead and rent this little gem.

This little house is so comfortable. Most people who stay here say "They don't want to leave" I take pride in providing all the comforts of home. If bringing pets, there is a fenced in back yard with lots of shade trees. This house is great for people that don't want to climb stairs, as it is all on one level.

This is a one level home so, it is easy for most people to navigate. (There is only one step down into the master bath level.) The neighborhood is convenient to the beach (1.4 miles) and very quiet.
