This split floor plan features 2 bdrms and 2 full baths, a fully equippted kitchen with wine fridge, laundry, parking & wifi. The building has a pool & hot tub (ready in May 2025), fully equipped state of the art fitness center, a lounge, board room & working spaces & pet wash. Located next to the Hotel Eldorado, walkable to restaurants and beaches.

Beautiful property just as advertised! Check in was easy and seamless, the parking garage was very easy to use and has plenty of room for my truck. The beds were very comfortable, all rooms were spotless, the wifi was fast, the shower in the en suite was great, the view of the lake and bridge are great. Any questions I did have were answered right away and were clear! 10/10 would book here again any time if I visit Kelowna again!

Location was great. Unit is exactly as shown. Host communicated clearly. The only issue we had was some amenities normally found in previous places were not in this unit but not a huge issue. Otherwise it was a very adequate accommodation for a weekend for 4 adults.

Unit was exactly as described. My husband and I stayed here with our 17 year old daughter. Close to MNP Place which is why we picked it. Due to the time of year we didn't get to use the pool but it looked nice. Beds were very comfortable, only thing missing was a waste can in the main bathroom. Would highly recommend.

The complex is still under construction. There was a lot of construction noise and dirtiness. The pool, hot tub and fitness area were not available. The kitchen was not adequately equipped, no cheese grater, only 1 soup bowl(?), no BBQ, towels were 2nd rate (small and cheap fabric). The unit is very small and would not accommodate 4 adults comfortably. But the location is great.

Hi Peter, Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, the outdoor amenities (pool, hot tub, BBQs) are all seasonal so there isn’t much I can do there. I’ve ordered new towels and a replacement cheese grater. I am surprised to hear about the bowls as the kitchen set is for 6. I will have my team look into this as well. Thanks again and I hope you had a safe travel home

Terrific!

Great unit and well located! What a growing area and the convenience to everything was perfect. The owner of the unit was immediate to respond to any questions and the other tenants in the building were welcoming and helpful when needing any Kelowna recommendations.

What a gem this place is. Such an easy check in, great communication. The property has a hot tub and heated pool you can use with amazing views of the west side. Close to everything downtown. We highly recommend it!
