Pool, Jacuzzi and splash pad were fun for the kids. Nice spacious rooms to spread out. Only wish there was heat available. It got really cold for two days and the rooms were cold. Also would like curtains that covered the whole window as the city lights were bright.

Great place plenty of room and even only 1 parking place right in front of the door there was plenty of parking within 20 feet of the townhouse.

There were small ants/bugs throughout the condo. We had to throw out groceries we left on the kitchen counter. It was pretty gross.

Until we got the rental agreement we weren’t aware of all the “rules” and stipulations that the owners had. They do not have any beach/pool towels so make sure to have your own. They have very few towels/wash clothes and I guess they just expect for you to reuse or wash frequently, or to go buy more wash clothes(which is what we did). They only give white wash clothes and say they will charge you for replacements if they are stained with make up/etc. I have been to many over condos/places that know that they are a destination location where guest can’t bring everything with them and have a few more things available for their guests. Overall location and housing were very nice and comfortable.
