• Late Checkout Fee: Guests who stay past the 10 AM checkout time without prior approval will be charged a minimum of $50.



• Porta Cot: A porta cot is available upon request for $50 per stay.

We had two nights in Launceston and this place was perfect. Location was perfect and we were able to walk to restaurants and Tamar River Cruise. Our communications with our host was very good and everything was easy.

The apartment was perfect for our short stay in Launceston. It was right on the river for those perfect sunsets, there were great restaurants under the property, it was on the doorstep of a lovely walking track and a close walk into town. The apartment was extremely clean, had 2 very large and gorgeous bathrooms. We appreciated the choccy's on arrival. Just a hint for future users, once you have unloaded, if the carpark is full you can park for free near the silos across the river and walk over the bridge, it is about a 5 min walk and will avoid parking fees (take a left at the lights and then next left - will take you to the carpark, park down near the boatshed).

Property was great with right at the water and stunning views. Very spacious , nice and clean. Only issue in one of the ensuite toilet the lock wasn’t working and they informed us that waiting for the part to fix. I guess some temporary latch or movable lock could have been placed. Everything else was great which you expect from the luxury apartment. Definately recommend it as everything is in your doorstep… restaurants, riverside park and the short walk to the cbd .

Communication with the host was excellent. They even obliged with sending a handy man on a Sunday to replace some light bulbs & heat lamp. However, entry to the apartment was somewhat unpleasant as it is via the garbage area & the stairs to the apartment had very narrow steps so may be more difficult for some people to negotiate. Once in the apartment, the outlook was great & superficially presents well but more attention is needed to cleaning & providing some of the basics like a vegetable peeler, bottle opener, coffee machine & better functioning clothes dryer.It is very convenient to several restaurants below but you cannot get a cup of coffee till 10am. Noise into late evening can be a problem for travelers wanting an early night.
