Wonderful place to stay with a great host!
Wonderful stay in Cabo! Our host, Andrew was very informative, helpful, and prompt with answering questions. The rooms were comfortable, spacious, and clean. We loved the huge balcony with a view, and AC was excellent! The hot water was inconsistent, but not a big deal for us. Pools were awesome and always clean. The location was great, just a 20-minute walk or a 4 Uber ride to the downtown marina. Food was good at the various resort restaurants. Trolley arrives outside Villa Del Arco every 15 minutes to take you to Villa Del Pamar. The only drawbacks were: pressure to attend resort sales presentations, unexpected silly upcharges at resort restaurants, and being double-charged for drinks at the Villa Del Pamar bar when we moved to the adjoining restaurant area. At checkout, I noticed the overcharge as she was processing my payment, and when I mentioned it, she just stared at me without offering to correct it. I let it go, but didn't think that was the best customer service. So, just a few resort service hiccups to be aware of. I would 100% recommend booking with Andrew. He was a lovely host, and the resort was great overall.
