Sitting in Sunny Cayucos this elegant beach house is perfect for your next escape! This stunningly remodeled 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom home boost panoramic ocean views to enjoy with family and friends! There is one flight of stairs from the driveway into the home and then the property is single level living. The home features a large open kitchen with granite counter tops stainless steal appliances and a large island. With an open floor plan the kitchen opens up to the living room and dining room where you will find multiple couches a flat screen TV and gas fireplace. The dining area has seating for 6 guests. The home is set up with a functional floor plan and large 500+sqft out living area off the living room. You will find multiple outdoor couches chairs and umbrella along with panoramic Ocean Views. The master bedroom has a queen size bed walk in closet flat screen tv and large bathroom with shower and separate soaking tub. The second bedroom has a Full Bed and twin bed. The second bedroom is located off the hall between the living room and second bedroom and has a large walk in closet. Your will also find a laundry room with on site washer and dryer a back patio with outside shower and a two car garage. This home is furnished with high quality linens and is ready for your next Coastal Escape!

This home was quiet, very clean, and easy to find. The deck was fabulous and we loved hearing the waves crash onto the shore. Very well located to Morro Bay as well as beaches. Highly recommend a stay in this comfy and convenient home.

great place to hang out and just relax. best bed ever and the shower is awesome.we did have ants in the kitchen area, but it was a very minor inconvenience.Overall great experience.

This beach house was like home away from home. It had everything we needed during our stay. The rooftop balcony was a great place to relax and listen to the ocean. The views from the house are beautiful. You are close to downtown and the beach. I highly recommend The Hidden Kitchen restaurant in town for an amazing breakfast. The host is very responsive.

Wonderful location and amenities—very comfortable and nice furnishings, Kitchen could use some additional items such as coffee grinder, salad bowl and tongs, large mixing bowls, tea kettle, juicer. Also the large deck is awesome but the tables should be replaced (rusting and not in good shape) plus additional outdoor furniture and outdoor dining table would truly turn the space into a comfortable living space. Would definitely stay here again.

Communication was great, The home was easy to find. Parking is in front of garage on a very steep grade, but is manageable. The view is spectacular and worth the climb, once you are up on the deck! The primary ensuite with a king bed (so comfortable) is roomy and private. The living, dining and kitchen share the same open area and feels so spacious. Ocean view, El Morro and the sunsets are all beautiful. The town peaceful and the locals are lovely. Can't wait to go back.

The house was perfectly located in cayucos and you could see the ocean. The deck was the best part of the property. The only area that needs attention are the mattresses and the pillow. The mattress was hard and uncomfortable and the pillows were lumpy.
