It was a great property to visit downtown Cleveland in the Flats! The building uses a digital system to get that we had a couple snags with, but the host quickly resolved and got us a new entry code. Unit was clean with good amenities, but the second bedroom's futon wasn't the most comfortable. Overall excellent property, service, and visit!

It was a rough start in that the check-in process didn't work out so well. However, when I finally worked out the "kinks" with the owner, everything worked out fine. The condo is clean, comfortable and modern and the location is great. If I may suggest, it'd be much better if they replaced the uncomfortable futon coach with a queen size bed. I would stay here again.

Lovely condo near Ohio City and walkable to Downtown Cleveland. The building has some construction going on and there were some issues with accessing the building and the unit, but the host and owner were both very responsive and helped us out quickly. Unit was very clean and modern.The unit needs bed pillows, and the fold out futon is VERY uncomfortable, but this condo is great for a couple or for a lengthy work stay in Cleveland.

No WiFi- No clean towels- Dirty linens in washer- Leaking shower

We checked in after a long drive to find the WiFi wouldn’t work so the kids couldn’t watch tv, the property manager told us this is an ongoing issue he doesn’t know why owner hasn’t fixed issue. The towels and sheets were in the washer still dirty- we didn’t realize until my daughter went to take a shower. The shower is fancy but had a serious leak onto the floor which we spent an hour cleaning up waiting for help from the property manager who never followed up. Evolve the rental company also never followed up. We had to check out and move to a hotel last minute which was very expensive and inconvenient.
