The studio has everything you need in a compact space, the queen size comfortable bed folds away into the wall as you can see in the photos.

The bifold doors open up onto your own deck which joins a shared courtyard.

The studio shares the entrance to a town house, but is it’s own private self contained space with a locked door.

The space
The studio is one open plan area, opening onto a deck. It has a queen size bed that folds away into the wall, full kitchen and in the bathroom you will find a front loader washing machine, clothes drying rack, no dryer. The TV has Netflix access along with normal TV.

Guest access
The entrance is shared with the townhouse above it. I live in the house with one other and our friendly mild mannered retriever dog who also shares the entrance way. The studio is entirely self contained the deck is for your use exclusively, it joins a shared courtyard. There is one car park for a small to medium sized car.
