Room in a tropical garden with a pool and great location on North Shore

The house is next to nice beaches and 5 min walk down to Browns Bay Village where you can get everything you need and lots of cafe, bars, restaurants and a Sunday market.
The house is spacious and have two guest rooms available down the end of the house, sharing Living/Bathroom/Toilet/Decks/Garden area and a mini Kitchen with fridge, espresso machine, toaster etc. This is just outside your door and gives you a feel of privacy. Possibly to book both rooms so you can stay up to 4 people there.
The other end of the house is sharing Kitchen for cooking, Dining, table tennis, extra toilet and many outdoor spaces with a swimming pool and BBQ.
Everything is close and lots to do nearby like Bushwalking, vineyards, golfing, tennis, beaches etc.
Auckland Central City is 15 km away and public transport is 200 m from the house.

I have been living in New Zealand for 24 years, coming from Denmark that I'm often going back to visit.
I love New Zealand for the outdoor life and lovely people here. I'm playing tennis and like to spend time socialising and still so many places in NZ to see.
I'm running my own business, doing construction clean and always looking for more casual staff. So if you are traveling in New Zealand with a work visa, I could probably be able to give you some work ;)

North Shore have everything you need, being close to the city and yet, still close to lovely nature, beaches and getting a feel of being on a holiday everyday

この宿泊施設の特徴

My house is great location, walking distance to two beaches and to Browns Bay village that have everything you need, so a car is not a must to have.
The house is large ( sqm 400 ), so you get a feel of privacy and always spaces outside your room where you can spend time too, like the lounge, pool area, garden, kitchen and the many decks in the house to read a good book.
