Located in a quiet, residential stretch of the Grand Strand, this unit offers easy beach access while still being close to top attractions, dining, and golf. This beautifully updated 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is just one block from the ocean! Perfect for families or groups, this unit comfortably sleeps up to 9 guests. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer/dryer, free Wi-Fi and private patio.

Located in a quiet, residential section of Myrtle Beach, you’re just minutes from top attractions like Broadway at the Beach, the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, golf courses, dining, and shopping.

SLEEP ACCOMMODATIONS:

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were disappointed to find that there was no TV without a subscription. We expected to at least have local. They came out and told us we would have it but it was never connected. The hallway bathroom had leaking and you move the shower to the spigot. The worst part was on Thursday night someone moved it directly above us. They were seen using drugs, the did not observe quiet time even into early morning hours.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, the experience was good. The check in details were difficult to get, but the staff were trying their best to stay in contact and help any way the could. The location is nice with the pool bands and steps away from the beach. Had some troubles with TVs and Wifi, but they were able to fix the wifi and make sure we had everything that we needed. Locaton itself was modern and clean, would definitely stay at this location again. I will add though, the parking lot is terrible for spacing and very limited. Especially if you have a larger SUV or Truck! With all that said, we would definitely stay at this location again.
